Nice hotel but needs some care and attention

Great evening service at the restaurant and very comfortable beds, and we really liked the balcony of our room. The Nespresso machine was a lovely touch.

The breakfast is not good value for €15 per adult, and there is an unpleasant smell in the bathrooms. It would also be nice to have proper cups/glasses in the room instead of disposable paper ones.

Not much to like. Didn’t stay there long and was moved to a different location.

The unit was dirty and and things were broken. They had to send someone to clean it and maintenance personnel while I was staying in the property. It was a non smoking room/building but the living room smelled of cigarettes. The fishing dock was damaged and the end of it was taped off and you couldn’t access it.

No coffee making facilities in the room . No English TV channels which you expect to get at this price point and location. The breakfast is a bit expensive at €14 for what it is and although we appreciate it being dog friendly, €15 per night is also expens

Location amazing, and restaurant downstairs facilities looked amazing as well. Receptionist tried to help us as much as she could but its masive gap in English. I think for tourists places at least one staff mass speak a bit of English....

We didn't order breakfast due to previous dinner order were 4 mistakes were made by waitress and its a lot o er €100 bill.

The facility is poor with such price and breakfast was also poor quality.

The weather was hot above 35 degree but there is no air conditioning in the room. No refresh air as too much hot outside during the day. There is also not possible to open the window at night as there will be mosquitos so no refresh air at night as well！No good sleep at all. We expect a nice breakfast in the morning with the price we paid but it is very limited options even not possible to get a warm egg.

A lovely start to a family holiday.

We chose Le Regina as it was convenient stop between Calais and The Loire. We were not disappointed as it was very clean, well run with friendly staff and served excellent food.

Everything! Very expensive for what you get. Couldn’t eat in the restaurant as hotel guest as a large party from outside had reserved. We would have been happy with a salad etc on the ( empty) outside terrace but apparently this was also too much work! Hot room, no airco( which we knew) but impossible to sleep as terrace doors stayed open for ventilation with a large party underneath the window.Hotel staff totally worthless… avoid at your peril, and look for something more near the centre

Hotel 25 min walk from hardelot beach central.

Very Nice staff and communal areas. A Bar etc all good.

If you do not want to walking 30 mins each way from the hotel to the hub of hardelot central it is too far away. Fine if happy to drive or want to walk. Rooms not so nice lack characterbbut very clean and 11am check out is too early.
