Great location but definitely downsides to our stay

The location and pool.

Stayed here for five days with a 50% chance at running hot water, not comfortable. Wasn’t stabilized after staff visit. Had to prepare a bath for our kid with water from the kitching using kettle and pans; Waterpressure in the shower was horrible and wasn’t fixed after staff visit; For five days we got one set of towels per person, obviously needed more for which we were charged 6 eu per set; No cleaning with a five day stay. “This is not a hotel” was the feedback.

Relaxing and enjoyable stay

The management and staff extremely friendly and helpful. They accommodated early check in because the manager saw I am a woman alone with three children. They had to find us an alternative room since the one allocated to us still was occupied by pervious guest. The apartment are immaculately clean and I have to say I have never been in any other hotel apartment with such a complete set of kitchen equipment and dishes with great quality. There was everything needed available. Swimming pool was nice temperature and very clean but on good days was too busy with loads of loud kids.

It would be good if they could offer clean towels, additional toilet rolls and other hygiene products such and shampoos and body wash every couple of days.

Ideal base to explore the Opal Coast

This is our third stay and more than happy to return. It is a gem for sure.

We got a premium one bedroom which included one double bed w bathroom, one room with two single and one room with bunk beds. The unit itself is clean and well equipped. Convenient bathroom off bedroom with bunkbeds. The location is great. Short walk to the beautiful beach. Bakery, butcher and restaurants nearby. Short drive to grocery store. Very central location to drive to small towns nearby i.e. Boulogne Sur mer, Le Touquet and Berck etc.

Patio needs to be cleaned up. There was litter and lots of weeds. While the other bathroom is a standup shower, the bathroom in the double room had only a hand held shower head that didn't have a higher fixture to allow you to stand to shower. Rooms are tight so you absolutely need the room with bunk beds to store luggage. If you have more than 4 this size apartment may be tight.

Good facilities ruined by poor onsite management.

Entry codes were sent less than an hour before arriving at the time we specified (7pm-8pm) but we did not see them as there was no public wifi. There was no-one at reception and to bell or notice. We eventually entered when a woman made some calls for us and we were able to read the entry codes. Hoowever the codes did not work and we had to call for help again and received an alternative code for the apartment entry. We finally settled in one and a half hours after arriving after a long journey. Not acceptable! Over the 3 nights we were there it was sometimes impossible to enter the building with the code and other guests had to help. Other people had this problem too. Then the list was out of action. Not a good experience and we will not return which is a pity as the apartment was excellent.

Basic communication needs to improve and easy access is essential - we avoided going out in the evening because we were worried about getting back in!

Brilliant, definitely recommend.

This hotel was perfect for us, a family of 4; 2 teenage girls. Lovely clean, well equipped accommodation. Beautiful balcony on the top floor. Perfect location for the shops And beach. Really liked the codes for access instead of keys. We all had a photo on each phone so everyone could gain access.

Great outdoor facilities but fragile apartments

Evancy’s Tresors d’Opale is perfectly located, in walking distance (a few minutes) from the beach and the stores. It has a great pool and play area for kids. You can also rent a baby cot (what they state is unavailable on Booking), high chair and baby bath.

While the property looks beautiful, new and chic, everything felt fragile and quite unpractical from a family with small kids. There was no storage space in the kitchen, the door too the bathroom opened fully into the small hallway making it impossible to staff there, the closet doors kept on falling out of their rails, etc etc. On top of that our dishwasher door was broken on arrival and the team did not fix it for the full duration of our stay, neither did they communicate expectations or next steps. We understand it was a unique situation, but they could have handled it better.

A nice option, though a little expensive, for a stay at the beach. Good value for families.

Well located in a quiet little town with a couple of decent restaurants. Within easy walking distance of the town's one bakery (be prepared for long lines in the morning). Sparklingly clean rooms with very comfortable beds, a nice balcony and a pleasant little living area.

It felt a little expensive for what it was - but we were desperate for a weekend away.

Great Stay!

It is in a great location , few steps away from the beach and restaurants and a heated swimming pool. The staff was accommodating and helpful. We booked a standard apartment with two bedrooms, it was on a ground floor leading out to a big terrace. It was clean, bright and equipped with everything you can possibly need. The bed was very comfortable with soft bed linens and luxury towels.

Little gem, absolutely fantastic

Reception lady was very friendly and allowed us to check in earlier free of charge. Considering we had two babies under 1, it was very much appreciated!! There were weaning chairs and cots provided in the apartment, which we didn’t expect. It was a great touch and babies were very happy. Showers were powerful and lots of room to move about. We will definitely be back in warmer season.

As non French tourists, I wish we were provided some information about the hotel services. I wasn’t aware we needed our own bin bags, washing liquid etc. If we ever needed anything there was never ever anyone at reception. Doors to apartments slam very loud.

Overall it is lovely. Really big and spacious, the staff were really helpful, it was clean, well located and had a lovely swimming pool.

Our apartment had a full-sized dishwasher but no oven, this seemed strange. We personally would have much preferred an oven. Also the pillows were pretty uncomfortable but it's possible we are just fussy.

Fabulous stop over

We had a short two night stopover on our way to Paris and absolutely loved this hotel. The staff were super friendly, the apartment / room was really nice, large, clean and new and the pool was an added bonus. We weren’t expecting too much of our stopover but it was such a fantastic start to our holiday. We drove into le Touquet and spent the day there and loved it. I’d definitely recommend this hotel

Relaxing and kids friendly

The apartment was luxurious had good beds and excellent bathrooms. We made reservations for a family of five, the diner table could host eight. The kitchen was well supplied. It is very close to the excellent beach and the heated swimming pool was very appreciated by the kid and toddler on rainy days.

My wife would have liked pillows that were less thick, she slept the whole stay on a bathing towel but we didn't try to find out if there were better suited pillows available.

Great stay for family or friends!

Amazing location, great pool, apartment common space quite big, and nice balcony. Staff were helpful. Codes to enter rooms were very good as no lost / missing / broken room cards to worry about. Felt very secure. Great playground for the kids next to the pool. The rooms were incredibly clean, and facilities very good.

The bedrooms were quite small and as there was no air con the apartment was sweltering hot even with the doors open so we slept badly and staff were unable to suggest any way to fix heating system / turn it down / off / cooler etc. Staff tried to be helpful but some didn't seem to have any information at all and some seemed to be very knowledgeable and helpful. Overall great trip and service but lack of air flow let us down!
