The location is well placed for anyone needing a quick stopover either at the start or end of the holiday to break the travelling. The room was a good size, light and clean and the bed comfortable. There isn't a lot going on in the immediate area so it was for us a convenient stopover but would have been harder if you needed a meal. We didn't expect breakfast but it was only a basket with breakfast bars and nutella so we gave it a miss. Our host was very friendly and helpful.
Possibly the breakfast option could have been better - there are very few cafes or boulangeries near by (at least we couldn't find any) and not much open early morning. There were tea and coffee making facilities but no milk. Not the end of the world but we would have liked to have been able to make a cup of tea or coffee with milk especially as we couldn't find anything locally.

The bedroom has well-equipped coffee and tea making facilities and there are also separate shower/basin and toilet. It was clean and has a very comfortable bed. Parking is right outside and its location is quiet yet just off the motorway so very convenient. Caroline is a friendly and helpful host.
There are no comfortable chairs to relax into. Only two small hard fold-up chairs are provided, but that may be because the bedroom isn’t very big.

The room I was in was really nice, I didn’t realise I was going to be in the main house, I thought I was going to be in separate accommodation . I usually prefer private self contained accommodation mainly because I don’t like to disturb anyone. There were two self contained gites on the property which would have been better for me ., but I didn’t see advertisements for them . I travel with two small dogs and my cat , I was very pleased that Caroline allowed us to stay. She allowed the dogs in the main garden which was very kind of her. The room was spotless.
The access is a little difficult with a big car, steep and quite tight when parking .
The approach road is very narrow , you are not able to turn around.

The location was our main reason for choosing this accommodation. It was perfectly situated within an hour of the Shuttle and had a variety of franchise restaurants nearby. Also close enough to walk into the beautiful old town.
It was extremely quiet so we slept very well.
Caroline was very attentive very charming and attentive host.
Parking was a little tight but doable. Be aware that as you leave Rue du Stade onto Rue du Bois it is a one way street - right turn only!!

The appartment was as advertised. The shower room was bigger than expected. The bed was big and comfortable. We even had a garden to sit in. We found this area to be a nice quiet neighbourhood. The owners communicated well by messaging. We didn't meet them during our stay.
We found parking was difficult with our trailer. One of the neighbours helped up detach the trailer and push it to a small grass verge. The parking is on a slope so this was not easy.

Caroline was very welcoming as was her dog Pongo. My dog enjoyed having use of the secure garden. The bed was very comfortable and the room was large enough and clean. Had a good night's sleep before our return trip on the Channel tunnel which is only about 35 mins away. Not far from historic town centre and close to eateries. There was a kettle and coffee machine in the room.
I wasn't keen on the bathroom arrangement although it was probably the only practical option. The toilet is located behind a curtain as you come through the door from the main hallway, it is separated from the bedroom area by another door but you did feel like you were in a corridor when using the toilet. The shower and sink are in a separate room to the toilet. The house is located at the end of a residential street, there were a lot of parked cars and parking at the property is limited although we did manage to park. From the picture of the garden I expected it to be located more rurally with more space around it but in saying that it was a lovely house and garden and very quiet.

Close to the euro tunnel.
Very comfortable, huge bed. Dog friendly
I wasn't able to park outside the house as the two spaces were taken. I didn't trust leaving my car at the beginning of the cul-de-sac with all my travelling valuables left inside. This meant many trips in the dark to unload and reload the car next morning. It might be worth checking if one of the spaces can be yours for the night.

It was in a good location and a parking space was a bonus
The facilities were good except maybe some coffee and milk in small pots or sachets would have been good, but apart from that all ok.

Well located for access to Eurotunnel and ports. We arrived late evening but were welcomed by our friendly and helpful host. Quiet location and comfortable room. Enclosed garden was perfect for our dog.
Crockery, cutlery, kettle and coffee maker were supplied but maybe a little microwave for heating food would have been great.

The location is a couple of minutes from the A16 which was ideal for my brief stop. Alternatively, it is also near the the town and beaches so very convenient. The host was very friendly and welcoming. The location and the house was very quiet and the bed was very comfortable for a good night's sleep.
