We had a wonderful couple of nights at Ba Ba and would highly recommend this bed and breakfast. The location was good, being a 20 minute walk to the centre of the city. The room (we stayed in room 5) was modern and clean and had everything you needed.

Lovely little find. A warm welcome and the offer of two room to choose from due to my mobility. Big clean comfy room although at the front of the house it was want too noisy from the main road. Breakfast was delicious, hot and made to order. Definitely would stay here again if in the area.

From arriving Nikki was fantastic on check in. My room was large, clean, fantastic bed and absolutely perfect. Breakfast was absolutely spot on. The owners were very welcoming and friendly and id definitely stay again.

Needed to leave really early so they made sure i could get out with my car and they organised some breakfast for me the night before so i could have something before i left. Really appreciated. Good contact from them too re the booking, arrival etc. I love staying here. Huge thanks.

This was an A stay! June is so lovely, helpful and cooks a great breakfast! The entire place was clean, welcoming and delightful. My room was clean, super cute and functional too! The neighborhood was safe to walk in as a single female with restaurants just around the corner. Overall, an excellent experience and I would love to return! Thanks June for everything!

Very friendly and hospitable couple, This is the second time that I stayed there and they provided me with a room with easy accessibility which I really appreciated. I am a business traveller and staying at Ba Ba Guest House suits me very well. It will also suit normal visitors as the property is very close to the train station, the town centre and many many restaurants, bars and takeaways.
