Could be better

Location was good room was large.

Nail clippings found on floor, bed was uncomfty keeping moving away from head board and dipped in upper half of bed so lay at angle. Pubes found on floor when pulled back bed topper to move up bed found big stains on mattress like some one had wet bed ended up sleeping in single beds room stunk of smoke

Comfortable, easy to find, lovely staff, wpuld stay again

It was spacious, we knew how to get in and out easily due to them sending emails with instructions which was handy, very comfortable.

We had trouble with learning how to lock the doors correctly as the handles were going the opposite direction of the key, but other than that everything was great

Not good value

The property is quiet as it only has a couple of rooms.

It is dated. The room required redecorating. This was a last moment booking. Unfortunately the host was caught on the hop. The bedding wasn’t clean and had holes in it. The room had cobwebs in the corners. There were very limited tea and coffee in the room. By that I mean 1 sachet of coffee for two people. One pack of coffee biscuits. Considering this room only cost £135 and no breakfast I do not consider it good value. Our booking for the next day at a different hotel was £123 and included a full breakfast. The rooms and accommodation were immaculate.

Easy booking, very good value, parking all around, 15/20 min walk into Chester or Taxi. Pub on same road with outdoor area did the best steak and ale pie. Lots of Cafe's and shops. Would stay again.

Ok value for money, some of the facilities in need of an update

Good location for town and main roads access, handy facilities nearby. Room a good size overall and inhouse facilities acceptable

Very noisy as it's on a main road. Parking a bit hit and miss and other places to park very few and far between as the property is on a road full of other hotels & B&B's. Room service went downhill towards the end of my stay and the bin wasn't emptied once whilst I was there. Also, wasn't sure if I could use the facilities on offer, i.e the kitchen. Room security wasn't the best either and the shower was a bit dodgy, as in it took a couple of attempts to get power to it and the enclosure was a bit strange !!!! Finally, seems the heating was turned of for most of my stay or on at stupid times, not when needed

Fell through bed twice a night as the latts wasn’t screwed couldn’t fit in the shower as was made for a dwarf

Only a 20 minute walk into town.

The bed wasn't the most comfortable or sturdy, the room was very small and walking through the hallway for the shower/toilet wasn't the most pleasant.
