It was further than we expected from Versailles. No support in person because of the holiday. Very unusual. Front grounds not kept up. Nothing to see or do right by hotel. Pluses, dining and breakfast were great. Looks like it has a nice outside sitting area. Big grocery across the street. When staff was there, there were great.

We enjoyed our stay. The room was very clean and had everything we needed. It is located across a supermarket and bus stops. This was very convenient. If you want to travel to Versailles or Paris with public transport, this location is perfect. The breakfast had a good variety. We can definitely recommend this hotel.

This hotel had no reception for checking in and hung your key card on the door from a book in the lobby you and anyone else who got in off the street could check. The window lock was broken, staff on the phone never followed up. Definitely would not recommend staying here

Avoid! We arrived to the hotel at 10pm due to delayed eurotunnel. Having informed the hotel by email we were delayed. Arrived to a locked front door, even thou there is meant to be a host until 11pm. The intercom at the front door just rang unanswered. I rang the hotel number directly no one answered. We stood there for hours no way in and no one answering the phone. Rang hotels.com they tried contacting the hotel no response. Avoid this hotel.

No staff in the hotel when we checked in. Check in by intercom. No lift, had to carry cases to second floor. Stairways and corridors under refurbishment and stank of paint. Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good. Not pleasant staying in a hotel where haven’t seen any staff. Only staying 1 night and was late or would have insisted on being moved.

Pleasant staff. No elevator and tight stairwell. Mostly room and bathroom seemed clean but carpets looked dirty and in need of replacing. One of the reasons we picked this property was that it had A/C since we were visiting in July, but it did not keep the room cool. This hotel was in an industrial area so not convenient to restaurants, shops, etc. We had dinner in the hotel restaurant and it was good.

A convenient location if you have business in Buc or Versailles. The property is set in a generous plot with an excellent reception and restaurant area on the ground floor. Parking is generous too. But, breakfast is basic continental, staffing rather threadbare particularly at weekends and standard room size rather cramped. Overall, a pleasant stay

The air conditioning in room didn't work when. We checked in. We were told there weren't any other family-size rooms for us to move into. Evidently the service technician was not going to come look at it because it never got fixed. We were given a stand-up fan that helped. However, with 4 people in the room, it was warm. Breakfast bar was top rate!

The idea of a "family size" room is a good one, but the hotel has no elevator and the room had only one tiny velux type window. An extra window for the size of the room would have been much better. The lady at the front desk was asleep on a couch when we checked in (it was after midnight).

They leave the keys of the room in the door for late arrivals. What it is convenient to have a quick check-in. But it looked like someone got into my room and used my bathroom before I arrived. They did not flush. So everything was there waiting for me. At the night there is no staff in the hotel so I could not warn them. During the day I mentioned it in the reception and all they said was sorry. I expected some other attention after such a disgusting incident.
