Free parking. 15 mins drive to palace of Versailles

Rude man at reception. I asked for another pillow as I suffer back pains and I need an extra one to sleep with. He categorically said no and said he cannot be giving that luxury to everyone who asks for it. I then said that it was for medical reasons, he asked me how many nights I was staying and I said just the one, so once again, he said no, he couldn’t give me another pillow (bear in mind that there are two pillows per room and we were two people). Shocking rudeness and lack of consideration to client needs. Clearly would not recommend it. Also the room smelled like dirty water.

Cheap but manage your expectations to match the price

The price given its location very near the Versailles Palace and within daily striking distance of central Paris is incredibly cheap.

It's all about expectations. OK so this hotel is incredibly cheap but in return for that you have to manage your expectations. Don't expect the restaurant to be open every day. Don't expect a range of beers in the bar (there is only Heineken or Heineken). Don't expect any of the White or Rose wine options to be chilled because they won't be and you will need ice or a wait for a freezer to do its work, Don't expect to be in a village or town you will be in the middle of a commercial business park so there is no character and you could be anywhere in the world. Don't expect the Air Con to actually work. Don't expect a desk like it shows in the photos it's actual a tiny shelf. But there was one member of staff who was fantastic and a great help with everything.

It's so clean, and the staff was very friendly. The location is amazing, it was my first ever impression of France, so I'm happy I chose this hotel. My fiancé and I enjoyed our stay.

It was a good stay with two warm nights...

Easy to check in and nice breakfast. Parking on the premisis is nice. And being able to make coffee and tea is also nice.

The airconditioning was not functional, did not cool. So it was warm in the room.

Needs Improvement with Cleanliness

• The receptionist was very affable. • The price was low. • Parking is included & the parking lot is only accessible with a code after 23:00. • Quiet location

• We were initially checked into a dirty room. But, the receptionist quickly got us a new room. • Unfortunately, the cleaning was not much better in the new room. There was no toilet brush in the bathroom, so the toilet hadn't been properly scrubbed. Dirty walls, carpet, & surfaces.

Proximity to Versailles. Very good breakfast.

Complication to check-in as the reception was closed in time of my arrival. But problem was well solved. No restaurants around, in fact nothing is there.

Was clean, parking was easy and free, late check out

Was like a Motel and people can smoke on balcony outside room Cleaner knocked on my door over an hour prior to checkout and couldn’t speak English but showed me his cleaning schedule, so I left and asked reception if I should leave, she said if I needed the room longer I could return, but I’d already packed the car so I left

Pleasant

I was visiting Versailles and I slept there only one night. The place was ok for one night and the breakfast was pretty good. It was convenient to have the possibility to park the car there for free

The location is in an industrial area isolated from everything. The rooms looked quite old and a pricy considering what you get. But overall it is ok for one night stay.

I would rather sleep in my car.

The breakfast and bar area was quite pleasant.

The breakfast items that should be warm were stone cold. If you like coffee you are ok but there were no other hot drinks. The room was not clean. The toilet in the bathroom was permanently flushing 24 hours a day - making a noise all night! We had to move room as the first one was so bad. Wasted most of a morning packing and unpacking again.

Very good

Very good value for money if you need a short stop on the way. Close to the Versailles palace. Very quiet in the night. The whole area including the car park is locked for the night.

The accomodation is very basic which is nothing negative, just stating the obvious. The restaurant was closed which we only learnt after making our booking.
