Location was good to me but calling the hotel Versailles is misleading, its not in Versailles.

I thought hotel has 0-24 reception service, arrived around midnight, there was a message and key for me, the key didn’t open the door, had to call them, they didn’t speak English, and then wait until someone arrived. Not nice.

Comfortable and well equipped for a short stay.

Our room was "cosy" but space was not a problem for 2 people; for three it would not have been comfortable. Lovely hot shower and ability to dry towels. Breakfast was generous, except for the lack of cows' milk. Excellent bus service into Versailles, and onwards into Paris itself via metro or RER. (Gare de Versailles Chantiers, or Rive Gauche. Handy to have the Intermarché across the road.

Disappointed that restaurant was not open at the weekend, except for groups. Lack of cows' milk at breakfast. Hot milk available at the coffee machine but no cold milk for the variety of cereals. Obviously, most guests are out all day but nowhere to sit outside the room, except terrace which was not always open.

Well located hotel with good access to Versailles, but with small family rooms.

We stayed for a few days, and this hotel proved to be an ideal base from which to travel to the sites. It is well located, being across the road from a regular bus service to Versailles town, the palace, and the main train station with direct lines into Paris. The bus journey only takes about 10 minutes. There’s a large intermarche directly opposite, as well as a 24/7 laundromat. We also discovered a well-maintained public kick-around area with basketball hoops and some goal posts just a few minutes walk to the south of the hotel. The staff were excellent, and very accommodating. The buffet-style breakfast was great, freshly made and served the usual continental fare, dairy-free milk alternatives, as well as a cooked breakfast of sausages, bacon, scrambled egg, cold meats and cheese. A coffee machine and fresh tea was also available. The restaurant also served a variety of evening meals, and the chef adapted a pasta dish to be vegan for one of our group. The fact that the restaurant was open at all was a surprise and a relief, as the booking stated (in the small print, which I missed when making the booking, and only noticed after the booking), that it wouldn’t be open the week we were there. There was also a lounge area and a small bar serving cold draught beer on tap, bottled beers, a range of wines and various soft drinks. In the room, the bathroom was good, with a decent shower and hot water. The beds were as comfortable as we expected. The aircon was quiet and cool. General cleanliness was high. USB and plug wall-sockets provided ample charging points. A large TV provided a limited range of local channels.

The room was advertised as a three-person room, but really it was too small for the third bed. It seems unreasonable that we should pay full price for two rooms for a family of three, and so in future we would avoid booking a BW on this basis. Our room was located at the front of the hotel, overlooking the car park. I specifically asked for this, to keep an eye on the bikes, but we had to move rooms to the back, because lorries serving the hotel were making too much noise once they started arriving at what seemed like 1am onwards.

A great location and hotel to stay in for Versailles.

That there was parking and a disabled room. It surprised me that it was in such a quiet sleepy location. There was a good sized supermarket over the road to buy food for the day. It is a motel style small hotel so there wasn’t a huge amount of rooms with a long way to carry your things. I loved that it was about a 15 minute slow ride through Versailles to get to the palace. The room was quiet considering where we were. The staff were very friendly and had very good English to answer and questions that we had.

Perfect stay for Palace of Versailles

Clean and comfortable with everything you would need for short stay. Good hot shower. Staff extremely helpful and polite. Bus stop and supermarket across the road. Bus to Palace of Versaille running hourly about 30 minutes duration.

All pretty good, but lacking in clothes hanging space due to size of room.

A bed for the night but not good value for money and I would not recommend anyone staying here.

Staff were friendly and food in the restaurant was good.

Our room was dirty with the door hinges and bedside table falling off the wall. It was also very small and cramped. The carpets in the hallway and stairs were threadbare and dirty. Decor needs updating - money had clearly been spent updating the main reception and dining areas but not the bedroom areas. Very disappointing.

We booked for family but the hotel only provided two set of towels in the room, They not cleaning the room next day, and off course not changing the towels as well. The room is small.
