The location is great — just a short walk from the Château. Unfortunately, our “Premium” apartment for 5 turned out to be more like a slightly larger studio. There were no separate rooms and space was limited. We managed, but it felt cramped. Of the sleeping options, only one bed was truly comfortable; the two convertible sofas were not only less comfortable but also squeaky. The bathroom was in poor condition — significant humidity, stains on the ceiling, and an unpleasant odor. The shower’s drainage was badly designed, leaving a permanent pool of water that never fully went away, meaning each shower began with standing in the previous water. While the area outside was quiet, inside was another story. The sound insulation between apartments was poor, so noise from neighbors carried easily. The team on site was friendly and helpful during our stay. Sadly, it ended on a bad note: we accidentally left our child’s toy behind. The staff messaged us about it, and we offered to pay for shipping, but after that they simply stopped replying.

This apartment is not so easy to find (it is on the main road behind locked gates it is not well advertised for the road) parking is not on site but receptionist who spoke fantastic English and so helpful ran down the road to ensure that we knew where to park and how to get in and out of the car park which is secure The apartment was fabulous and had everything that you require including a washing machine. It was spotless and had a very comfortable bed - although there is not air conditioning the do supply fans for the room There are no lifts and rooms on the first floor are reached by a spiral staircase- however they do have ground floor rooms if required. As it is a little way from the centre there are a few places to eat and drink not to far away If you want to see the place of Versailles it is a little drive but well worth it

It was nice. Would have been nice to know that we had to climb 3 flights of stairs with luggage to get to our room. Nice to have a laundry facility.

There was nobody at reception. Main gate closed. Knocked and knocked no answer. Parking impossibly small. Style unacceptable. Hardly a sign to identify the place. Wifi too difficult to join.

The hotel is clean and well maintained. If you want to travel light then there’s a washer to clean your clothes! There is also a lovely bakery just down the road. Chateau de Versailles is about a 10 minute walk away and the metro is 7 minutes away.

Had a wonderful stay here. Very close to the Palace and full of home comforts. Reception was very welcoming and helpful. Will definitely return here again!

The worst - arrived to wait for very nice host only to have luggage stolen from street while exiting taxi, apartment had yet to be cleaned, one tiny fan for entire apartment which was unbearably hot and humid, asked for fans no one provided, I ubered to purchase additional fan, no ice trays in freezer, used cookie molds and egg trays, keys did not work well, got stuck in door took 1/2 hour sitting on the floor composing ourselves to try one more time before calling host then it finally worked - 5 different keys required to get in fob ( 1st did not work, needed code if you don't have your phone you can't get in if you don't memorize it ) I think I lost 5 pounds first night sweating bc I gave my daughter the one small fan - will never ever book an apartment again - only hotels where there is a manager and staff to help with unforeseen problems - so happy to leave BUT the Equestrian Olympics were amazing - will follow up for refund to credit once return to US don't want to ruin my vacation worrying about the terrible stay -

Loved it once I found it! It was a little hard to find and I suggest some more instructions on how to find as the building that says 28 is not actually the building to enter. However once in, it was a comfortable home. We cooked dinner and everything. Very clean, spacious and accommodating for kids.
