Great stay, enjoyed it very much.

Great location. Could walk to Versailles. Hosts were very friendly and helpful. Fresh croissants and fruit were lovely for breakfast.

An initial issue was finding it as it is upstairs in a building. Driving by it was very difficult to locate. To be fair, if I was on foot I would have seen the small sign listed with other businesses.

Comfortable stay in Versailles

Great location for visiting Chateau Versailles. Dominique was a delightful host, and offered lots of information about great spots to eat. Bed was incredibly comfortable. Room was cleaned and towels changed daily.

The breakfast offering of coffee, juice, pastries and bread was definitely a light breakfast. As tourists planning full days of walking, we would have appreciated a cup of yogurt and some fruit, or perhaps some protein like hard-boiled eggs or cheese. We did purchase some yogurts on our own to supplement breakfast, but had no refrigerator to store the containers.

Wonderful stay for the Versailles ball! Beautiful room and host.

The location was really wonderful - a walk from the station (around 5 minutes) and 10 minutes walk to Versailles. The room also had aircon and if you request it, a really good fan too. The facilities were beautiful and the man running the bnb was marvellous - very kind and inquisitive, fantastic English too.

I’d have loved an option of a hot breakfast or just some eggs.

Great little Bed and Breakfast walking distance to Versailles!

This was the cutest little bed and breakfast. We stayed here so we could explore Versailles and before the Grand Masked Ball at Versailles. The owner is very kind and accommodating. We were very happy with our stay. The breakfast was also simple but delicious and the coffee was amazing! Definitely stay here if you're visiting the palace or attending the evening events there. We felt very safe walking back in the morning.

Excellent!

Les Versaillaises is in an excellent quiet location for exploring Versailles - the palace is only a short walk away. Dominique, the host, was very efficient in responding to my queries before I arrived and provided a wealth of information and recommendations whilst I was there. The room and bathroom were spotless and I enjoyed the breakfast too. I would definitely stay again if visiting Versailles!

Excellent experience with a lovely host and a prefect location for a short city break to Versailles

The location of the hotel is ideal for visiting Versailles Palace as it is only 10 mins walk away. If you want to visit Paris the nearest train station is a 5 minute walk and the train to Paris takes around 20 minutes. Our host was very helpful and provided lots of information regarding the city and the palace. The room was clean and well maintained with tea and coffee making facilities available. The breakfast is simple but tasty with fresh croissant/bread with jams and fresh orange juice.

Car parking is nearby but expensive.

Enjoyable

The host was very warm and welcoming from the min we arrived to the time we left. He had very good knowledgeable of his local area and on the trips we had planned and was very keen to share this with us. The room was very clean and the shower was amazing the bed was so comfortable however the vibrations and noise from the train station across the way woke us up very early in the morning so it would have been nice to be aware of this when booking so I could of had the choice to chose wether the property was right for us or not. And you say breakfast is included in the cost however I wouldn’t say bread and pastries is breakfast I wasn’t expecting a cooked breakfast but maybe some cereal would have been nice.

Close to the Versailles. The host Mr Fontaine is a gentleman, very polite, provides a map of the city and explains everything. I will definitely come back.

Unexpected gem of a lodging

The location was excellent. Walking distance to Chateau de Versailles and supermarket. The breakfast the host provided was v good. Freshly baked bread, yogurt, hot chocolate. The host was v kind and accommodating. He allowed us to store our chocolates in his fridge. The room was very clean and all amenities were provided, tissue paper, shampoo and bath gel.

The shower was a misting device. I prefer a regular shower .

Lovely comfy stay after a long day at the palace

Excellent location just behind the train station and close to the Palace. We were made to feel very welcome.

We missed the entrance on the first passing but saw it when we came back the other way

Very convenient location for the Versailles palace and train stations. Caring and helpful host.

The breakfast was basic Continental, but our request for gluten-free bread was accommodated.

Check-in was not until 1800, which is a little late if one has been out and about all day. I forgot the time and we tried to check in at 1730, so had to wait out in the cold.

Warm welcome, beautiful bedroom, a lovely bathroom, a great nights sleep and breakfast.

Lovely room and bathroom which was all fairly new. The room was well heated and the bathroom was well equipped. The breakfast was served in a light and very comfortable breakfast room which choice of teas and coffee, fresh bread, good quality jams and preserves.
