Impeccable ! Best location in town - unparalleled within a few hundred yards of the palace ! A stunningly beautiful hotel Reception desk super helpful - bedroom excellent quality with every possible amenity - ambiance of hotel is relaxed but attentive - catering is first class - we had entrecôte with bearnaise sauce and- frites for dinner which was excellent and the breakfast buffet was a feast for the eyes as well as the stomach. A splendid destination !

We had an amazing stay at Le Louis Hotel! Our room was spacious, spotless, and had a beautiful view of the garden… truly relaxing. The hotel feels like a 5-star property in every way: elegant, comfortable, and well kept. The best part, however, was the staff. From the moment we arrived, we were treated like royalty. A special thank you to Viorica at the front desk. Her warmth, professionalism, and genuine care made our stay unforgettable. She went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Versailles. We will definitely return!

The staff were nice and check-in process was great and efficient. Just did not like the way they were trying to ask money in case we would make use of room service or have dinner. I wanna pay for my service after i use them not upfront in case i would use it. Just say you want deposit? They wanted to ask for more than €100 but as i was staying for less than 24hr and was not planning to eat there, i said no and she just changed it to €100 only, so the whole thing is just weird to me. The room i got was not properly cleaned.. They were dusts on the bathroom floor and one of the two towels was dirty and had stains on it. It was brown ish color, so i guess it was make up or something. Dont get me wrong towel was washed you could smell, but they were like 5-6 brown stains on the towel which i dont think you should keep and give it to your customers.. Overall, i was just unhappy with the way my room was not properly cleansed.

Youll want to stay here if you are visiting versailles. The rooms are beautiful, and our balcony had an excellent view. You will be happy when you only need to walk a few minutes to the palace gates. The front desk was so nice, and held our luggage before check in. The air conditioner worked well. We would stay there again and again.

Very kind of the staff to afford an early checkin. Rooms hsve been renovated and are clean, fresh and comfortable. The breakfast was very generous and the public areas of the hotel were great for working. Wifi was fast, service was prompt, and the location is within an ideal distance to the metro to Paris, the Chateau, many shops, and a short walk from Notre Dame with great restaurants.

Beautiful stay while visiting Versailles masque ball! There was a slight mix up when I arrived but was quickly rectified and a complimentary drink was provided as a nice touch. Nice room and the room service was divine! I had the breakfast buffet and that was delicious as well. Would recommend.

Great place to stay very near Versailles Palace, good reception experience, welcoming. Room was comfortable, shower screen leaked, but shower good. Nespresso machine and coffee good and cold complementary Evian water good. Air conditioning struggled, but weather exceptionally hot. Breakfast buffet good variety and regularly restocked. Dinner menu limited, but very tasty. Drinks medium priced.

Convenient, just 5min walk from the palace. Nice restaurants and supermarket nearby. Overall clean room and nice decoration but the water stopper of the basin and the hair dryer are out of order. I was happy to have connecting rooms for my family of four. The information of the car park is not very clear.
