Hotel staff were extremely pleasant and helpful and even recommended the nearby "Convivium" restaurant where we had outstanding dinners both nights of our stay. Breakfast was very good/standard and well presented in the dining room.
Room we were given was too small although clean, bathroom was updated/adequate. This is a dated city hotel with difficult parking on the street, a handicap placard certainly helps.

Amazing staff - especially Josephine on reception. Very friendly and helpful. Loved hiring their bikes and cycling around the parkland and grand canal of Versailles.
It’s a three star hotel, so it was pretty much as expected. Room was small but had a good sized bed. En suite tiny but all serviceable.

The staff was very friendly. The lobby was pretty, and the bathrooms were redone, but the rooms were a bit shabby as were the hallways. It was ok for a night or two, and the location is excellent, but it wasn’t exactly comfy.
Shabby rooms. Even more snappy hallways. Cheap pillows.
