Really nice hotel, perfect for short stay in Versailles.

Nice hotel, comfortable beds, coffee machine in the room and availability of refreshments in the lobby was a nice touch, very lovely staff, close to the Train station and Versailles, convenient car parking just outside (PayByPhone)

Close to the palace of Versailles

Very close to the Palace of Versailles (about 15 15-minute walk from the hotel to the entrance A), friendly staff

My room was near the kitchen and behind the lobby. When I stayed, I could hear some loud laugh and shouts around 10 PM until 12 AM or so (perhaps some people were playing in the lobby or empty breakfast place). It seemed that the staff didn't even stop them, as I could constantly hear such noise.

Walking Distance to Palace

The hotel is at walking distance from Versailles Palace, very close to about 4 restaurants - where we had breakfast and lunch. The room was very small, no A/C, just a fan which did not help too much, besides a little noisy. My husband and I found uncomfortable for this reason, but others in our group thought it was fine. There is only hand and body soap (used for shampoo as well). The hotel’s buffet breakfast seemed expensive for the options, so we found cheaper alternative close by. Front desk staff and water and coffee offerings were nice.

Small room, no A/C, no additional toiletries other than liquid soap, simple buffet breakfast.

Nice hotel but not such a nice room

Charming building in the center, close to the palace in a quiet place. Very friendly and helpful staff

The room is small with a layout that makes the access to the bathroom inconvenient. The bathroom is narrow and requires a bit of manoeuvring. There was no fridge in the room something that was important as my friend needed it tp store his medicines.

Great location but overpriced

Rooms are very cramped and small, single and even double rooms are tiny. No kettle / amenities in rooms. Showers took forever to warm up. Rooms left open in courtyard looked under construction... Sliced ham on breakfast bar was gone off.

Much lower than expectation.

Easy to find

a few things i did not like. 1. certainly the pictures online are not like what the room actually looked like. The single room was so tiny i had to put the room chair on the wardrobe to make space for me to open my cabin bag. certainly no room for a bigger bag! 2. the heating in the room was not working. 3. there were two lights in the room. one of the two was not working. 4. the wifi was not working. 5. phone coverage not working.

good hotel to stay, walking distance from attractions

Room was ok . The location is near all the attractions and railway station. The breakfast was very good. Coffee and snacks at reception was fantastic when returning late at night.

The fan in bath room makes lots of noise. No mini bar in room, a bigger cupboard would be helpful. please add some other language stations on the TV.

Pleasant and convenient.

The property was very small and cute. The bed was comfortable and the staff was incredibly friendly!

It was quite hot in the room despite it being really cold outside. We had to keep cracking the window but unfortunately it rained during most of our my stay so it made the room feel a bit moist. The wifi was also unreliable and frequently stopped working and we would have to connect to another one of the hotels networks. There was also a strange sewage smell some days. The elevator was also quite small which it made it difficult for my sister and I to squeeze ourselves and our luggage into.

No AC, never again

The location

In the middle of the heatwave this hotel has no AC. in our room it was 35°C and all they could do was give as a plain ventillator... this is inacceptable for us adults, but a real life danger for our 4 month old... Other than that the bathroom was tiny, no pressure on water and the entire room had 2 electrical outlets. The lift was so tiny that our stroller almost didn't fit

bed comfort and no wifi connection.... actually so weak connection... unacceptable for the wifi.... couldn't work, needed to move to a bar close by to get access to a wifi connection at 11 pm....

Over all fine - we had a central located space for our visit to Versailles

location (central) Free Coffee not used other services Receptionist at checkout time was very helpful, friendly - day and night to our arrival (s. next)

Arrival Receptionist did not listen ; we arrived early and just wanted to deposit our luggage - but we had had to listen that we are far too early, that our check-in time is much later (she even mentioned a much later check-in time (16:30 i.o. our confirmed time of 14:00) and was kind of reluctant to store our luggage.....
