Over priced disappointing lacking in customer attention
Location to Versailes Palace
The room was dark, overall it was tired looking. The car park was an absolute nightmare to negotiate. The breakfast was poor. Indeed on day day 2 there was no scrambled eggs, no fish on day 1 or 2 only meat and cheese. No healthy options at all, everything was sugar laden. The staff certainly enjoyed the coffee as they drank an awful lot of it. Customer service was not something that the staff are familiar with. Very poor.

Good hotel to visit the Chateau de Versailles
Really close to the chateau of versailles. There was an underground parking allowing quick access to the hotel. Everything functional
Very small rooms indeed. The room we had, had no view to speak of.

Perfect choice for visiting the Palace of Versailles.
The Hotel Le Versailles was a perfect choice to visit the Palace of Versailles, straight across the road from the hotel. There are numerous restaurants just around the corner and lots of shops to explore. The staff in the hotel were all very helpful and friendly and we were able to leave our cases safely with reception whilst we spent the day at the Palace. I would thoroughly recommend this hotel as a base for exploring Versailles. Uber taxi to the airport was €70.

Brilliant location for Versailles and close to excellent restaurants too. Large room, very comfortable large bed, lovely linen… we’d book again.

Comfortable room and helpful staff.
Large room for 3 female friends. Plenty of space Room was well appointed. Rather small bathroom but worked. Hotel is pretty on inside. Not impressive outside. Front desk helped with ordering bottle of wine. Convenient location near Palace which was closed, being a Monday. But, walked gardens for free and they were really pretty. Good restaurants nearby.
Outside could be spruced up a bit.
