It's very charming, super clean, and the location is within walking distance to the Palace of Versailles and many shops and good restaurants. The beds are very comfy and the shower are hot. We really enjoyed our stay there, and the staff were very kind and helpful.

It was in a quiet neighbourhood and not too far from Versailles and shops. Very comfortable beds, clean and spacious considering it was very well priced.

Very basic hotel accommodation but clean and comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful.

The walls or floors are thin enough to allow noise from other rooms. There was no facility to make a hot drink.

I didn’t feel fully comfortable as a solo traveller so only stayed the one night of my trip. The wifi didn’t work and the place was very expensive for limited facilities.

Good possibility to stay in Versailles for reasonable price.

The location was good and beds comfortable.

The toilet was literally in the room so it was not convenient to use it when you are travelling with other person. Temperature of the water in the shower was limited so we could not get a hot bath.

Very small room for a double and single bed. Very little space to put clothes and luggage. Room was not serviced every day, so had to visit reception to get fresh towels, loo paper etc. Overpriced for the room size and service provided.

The breakfast was 10 euros a person but it was not a hot fry up of any kind. There was fresh pastries and cereal and yogurt but I would have expected a full spread for 10 euros. The only thing I would have changed would have been to find breakfast elsewhere. And of course the addition of AC but that doesn't seem to exist anywhere in Europe 🤷🏻‍♀️

A very bad hotel if you come here for work and rely on basic amenities.

Staff is very friendly and kind. The location is central. Everything is within walking distance

Staff is not attentive. They repeatedly had to be reminded that the coffee or breadbasket for breakfast was empty. I had to ask for my bathroom to be cleaned. It was cleaned only once during my 7 day stay. There were only two coat hangers in the cabinet and no drawers. Several lightbulbs were broken and never fixed in spite of me pointing this out. They never fixed the problems with the wifi that kept breaking down. This prevented me from working from the hotel room. I was located in a low ground floor room facing out to the street which is most unusual for a hotel. This prevented me from having windows open during the night as people on the street literally could jump through the window into the hotel room. At the very least there should have been air-conditioning for such rooms. Rooms are not soundproof so I was waking up during the night whenever people on upstairs floor arrived home. There are no basic amenities in the room such as a box of serviettes. The room does have a desk and a chair but that is more symbolic as you can hardly pull the chair out due to the location of the bed.
