A quiet place to rest

The hotel is close to good restaurants and a quick walk to the Palace. The staff was so helpful with recommendations for food and parking. The breakfast was awesome, they served a continental breakfast to the table and were so kind. The family room was efficient and clean, they even came in to freshen up even with only a two night stay.

Friendly hotel with special jam!

Nice staff on reception and in the breakfast room. Breakfast was tasty and including some rather unusual homemade jams. Close to a train station and an easy 12 or 15-minute walk from the Chateau, with some nice nearby dining places.

Room was relatively small. Possibly a bit expensive for what it is, but I guess that's Versailles for you!

PLEASE SERIOUSLY CONSIDER TO STAY HERE!! VERY GOOD EXPERIENCE!!

EVERYTHING WAS EXCELLENT! since the first dialog using the application with the hotel, they provided fast response to all my questions and requests and always willing to help me with them. Then the day of our check-in we arrived way earlier than the check-in time to drop off our luggage, but they gave us the room keys already at that time, as the rooms were already available!! that was excellent!! Then they explained us how to get into the hotel if we were arriving late. The rooms were very comfortable, the beds were very firm and nice, everything extremely clean and functioning, giving the fact that the hotel building is not new, everything was extremelly well maintained. The breakfast was not only excellent, consisting of bread (different types, ham, cheese, butter, home made mermelade , orange juice, apple juice, coffee, milk, cereals, croissant, choco-croissant, etc). Then, we also requested a late check-out which was added without any problems. ALWAYS EVERYTHING HANDLED WITH A SMILE. Defenitely a place to come back! Thank you to Sylvie and Philippe!!

Fantastic old world charm hotel in Versailles

Room was very good size for Versailles area and had the quaint touches of a historical hotel. The lift looked brand new and functioned that way even though it is over 22 years old baed upon the plate inside. Receptionist was very welcoming and helpful and spoke English pretty well. Location of hotel is not far from Versailles Palace and is walkable in about 15 minutes. Check in and check out were easy and there is after hours access to the hotel. Our room had a table fan which was also nice. Beds were firm, yet comfortable.

The only real complaint we had was about the hot water. If no one else in the building has been using it, hot water takes a long time to reach the shower and sink. We were on the third floor. The boiler presumably is in the basement.

Excellent position with super staff

The location was great for accessing the Palace and the train to Paris. Breakfast was exceptional with bonus homemade goodies. We had a room with a small kitchen which was great for heating up instant meals to save going back out after 10 hours at the palace!

The hotel is in a great location and Sylvie and Philippe were wonderful hosts. We had a studio which had plenty of room, was clean and having balcony windows was great because it was warm.

Nice base for Versailles visit

This was a nice ase for exploring Versailles. Very close walk to the chateau and other attractions. The team was very friendly and helpful. We arrived quite early with a plan to head out to explore and they held our luggage without any trouble. The room was clean and comfortable.

The prices in Versailles are high but that is not a shock.

The studio room was very comfortable and tastefully done. Sylvie was very helpful and went the extra mile to find out about the workers strike in the Versailles palace on the day of our visit. The hot water and shower pressure were really good. The location is very convenient.

The hotel was in a great location and we were lucky to be able to park outside. It is very much a family run hotel and the owners were very helpful and friendly. The continental breakfast was delightful with homemade preserves and lemon cake.

The property was conveniently located about 1/2 mile from Château Versailles. The staff was extremely friendly and went out of their way to make sure our visit was outstanding. They also offer a very nice light breakfast in the morning.
