Mostly good tho room was a little dark and small. All very clean and well presented. We declined the breakfast at 19 euros as that was far too expensive. Excellent position for Palace of Versailles (10 minute walk) but parking very limited.

Excellent small quiet hotel. A short walk from Versailles palace. Fresh contemporary decor. Pleasant restaurants at the end of the street and near the market area with more restaurants. Very friendly helpful staff. Highly recommended.

Fantastic location! Incredibly easy to walk to all the obvious tourist spots and also into town for great dining options. There is a fantastic pizza place at the end of the road. Staff incredibly helpful and prompt on email prior to arrival to arrange parking in their basement (extra cost but thought it was reasonable given both the location and security but particularly for ease) we had a great stay with two small children, was helpful to have fridge/kettle etc in room. Would definitely stay again if we wish to explore more of Versailles in the future!

Excellent Location in Versailles city. 2 streets away main road where short walk to Palace of Versailles. Hotel staff so helpful. Excellent breakfast choices, I emailed before arriving request for soya milk this was there for breakfast time for me. Comfortable beds, clean bathroom cleaned each day. Large tv although couldn’t find anything in English not even a news channel, Wimbledon tennis had started so you can still watch. If wanting a base hotel to explore the area rather than stopping in Paris and having to travel to Versailles this choice would be good as you can walk to everything,loads of cafes and restaurants nearby

A warm welcome and wonderful staff . Bedroom was a good size, the bed was very comfortable. Breakfast had a good selection and there was water to refill your bottle if you wanted. Great location , close to the palace, lol ads if restaurants ad train stations. A small glitch with the shower but it was put directly on the list to fix.

Lovely hotel! Very close to Rive Gauche station and the palace! Clean, modern, nice rooms, comfortable beds and lovely staff. Very good hotel for tourists more accustomed to American hotels vs European. I stay in Versailles regularly, will definitely come back to this hotel!

Our stay at the Mercure Versailles Chateau was very comfortable. The staff were extremely helpful and English friendly. The morning breakfast was superb with everything you would expect in a European hotel.

The staff were really helpful and friendly and whilst they understand English they were very accommodating to our French speaking attempts. Important to pre book the parking for a small fee is necessary as no space to park in the vacinity.

Parking was limited in the underground garage si book ahead, but we also noted some public parking for motorbikes at street level just along from the hotel which we could have used. Breakfast was plentyful and all staff were very attentive and helpful. We will definitely visit again.

Clean and comfortable room. AC is only available in summer, once fall officially begins AC is inoperable regardless of outdoor temperature. The day we arrived (in October) was really hot. By night it had cooled down enough that we could open the window for an hour to cool the room. There was no sleeping with windows open as it was too noisy outside. Fans were provided on request which helped a lot. Rooms are on the small side. Location was great. Walking distance to Versailles, my 77 year old mom was able to walk there and back without a problem. 5-8 min walk to bus stops. 15 minutes to RER C and L line from Paris (hotel is between the two stations). We felt very safe waking the streets at night and early morning. We did opt to take the bus to RER at 5:30 am rather than walk due to nearly deserted streets and darkness at that hour, but still felt very safe doing so. Overall great value and would stay here again.
