I would not stay here again during the summer months. We hd a horrible sleep because the air conditioner made so
Much noise we couldn’t sleep. Turning it off made us wake up sweating. Hot and stuffy becaue we couldn’t even open a window. Needless to say this made for a difficult travel home in the morning when the sole

So we couldn’t travel the next day. I’ve stayed here in the winter and had no issues. But this experience in the summer has changed my view when we would or wouldn’t book this budget hotel.

This was a great budget friendly option to stay just outside of the bustling downtown Victoria. It is a $10 Canadian Uber into downtown, which wasn’t bad. I will tell you that the toiletries were very minimal and bare bones, including the toilet paper and miniature white soap. But the bed and linens and pillows were comfy and clean. Also, they don’t do in room housekeeping but if you need more towels, you just set out your used ones in the hall and they will leave you fresh. The price was definitely right and it was easy jumping off point for our vacation in Victoria.

Spotless, everything was very clean from linens to bathroom. The front desk staff ere great. This hotel is very basic and a great place if you need clean, comfortable, reasonably priced accommodation. Nothing fancy, just good value.

The staff are incredibly friendly, the rooms are tidy and fair for the price, but my shower was broken and it could not be fixed during the stay. This is kind of expected due to the age of the building.
