Comfortable and cozy! Spacious bedroom, living area and fully adequate kitchen facilities in the King one bedroom suite. Great room darkening blinds and curtains - we even slept in! The place was quiet, didn't hear much of neighbours, which as someone who is sensitive to noise, I loved; we were on the 2nd level in the Mount Royal building. Might have been different if there was a young family with children above or below, because the buildings themselves are old/historic, odd but also tasteful. Some suites/rooms seemed to have their own entrance on ground floor. Lobby and main lounge area was welcoming and nice as well. Location really can't be beat, though no real "views" - we faced into the parking lot but that might have been better than being on the busy street side. Priced very competitively for area, and they were accommodating to an early arrival (2 hours) and late check out (1 hour).
Always like to have a view! Can't remember if I knew there would be a daily charge for parking - there is. Currently $10 a day which is pretty reasonable.

Coffee and morning newspapers available. Well lit parking spaces for $10/night, helpful cleaning staff and front desk staff. Kitchen supplies are good to enjoy meals in our room. Clean linens and rooms. Quiet neighborhood too.
