Room was very clean and bed was comfortable. Breakfast was great with many options, several hot items. The person serving in the breakfast area was very helpful. Breakfast area was a little crowded, but we were able to secure a table both days. The hotel is located right by historic Biltmore Village and near Biltmore Estate entrance. We enjoyed our stay and would stay again if in Asheville.

Clean room, clean bathroom and comfortable bed. The indoor swimming pool and hot tub were perfect for our family after a long drive. The morning breakfast offered good options, and the facility was well maintained. I would definitely stay here again when visiting Asheville.

The two staff members that greeted me were not helpful and lied as well. They would not allow me to park my straight truck on the property and said there was a no trucks sign in the lot, which there is NOT. It also did not list that there was no parking for trucks available on the hotels.com site.
