Yes, the room was spotless. You personnel at the registration desk were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was delicious and the waiter was wonderful. DoubleTree is a great place to stay.

A very welcoming and friendly stuff. Room was pretty comfortable for a one night stay.
The location was very convenient for visiting Biltmore Estate. Would stay again if needed!

What a wonderful property! We came soley for the purpose of visiting the Biltmore Estate and were so pleased to find it only a couple of minutes away. The staff were all so kind and helpful. The warm cookies on arrival were a special treat! The breakfast was very nice and we also enjoyed the indoor pool. It is an older hotel but we found it clean and well kept. Super convenient parking too.
