Breakfast was good, location was good, room was good, staff was friendly and efficient.
Safe in my room needs work, loose on its base, couldn't get it to lock. Door to the ice machine room (Fifth floor) needs work, scrapes the floor and makes a loud noise when opened. Ventilation in that room is grossly inadequate, probably because the door fits too tightly to allow air to circulate.

Everything but I haven't received my 50.00 each for the 2 rooms I rented.
We didn't brake anything.

Rome big enough for family of 5
Old building, room had broken door knows and rug felt old/dirty.
