I had a great stay at this hotel. The staff were extremely friendly and welcoming, which made a wonderful first impression. The hotel was very clean throughout, and the room looked like it had been recently upgraded with a sleek, modern design. Although there was construction going on during my stay, I never heard any noise from it, which I really appreciated. The breakfast was great with plenty of options, and the lobby even smelled amazing-such a nice touch.

Everything was wonderful from the staff including Peggy and Ben at the front desk, the staff who set up breakfast and the cleaning staff. Top notch! Breakfast was great. The room was great. Facilities, incl the gym were really nice!

I came for my wedding anniversary of 22years and I will never come back to this location again.

I liked that it was close to the Biltmore and had a Starbucks across the street. The room was very clean the whole hallway smelled of bleach.

The staff first and foremost was very judgmental when my husband and I were making breakfast one lady walks up and says ok while she’s pretending to stock cups because we didn’t look as wealthy as the others. When in fact are we just dress casual and we’re not fake. Then the bed was horribly hard. And it made a noise of metal clanging when you sat on it. The shower needs more pressure. Then the breakfast a bagel really. I stayed in a cheaper hotel in rockingham and had someone making my omelet in front of me.

This is a great location, especially if you are visiting Biltmore and/or traveling with a dog!

It was very near to the Biltmore Estate, very pet friendly, and we chose a room on the first floor near an exit, which made loading and unloading easy and walking the dog very convenient. The room was spacious and accommodating. Front desk staff were very friendly.

While they had a mini kitchen, there were no towels or paper towels for cleaning up. Had we known, we could have brought some with. There was a minor glitch when the housekeeping crew failed to clean at all during our 3 days, leaving us with overflowing small trash baskets. The front desk crew apologized and gave us towels and trash bags.

Modern, clean, comfortable. Complimentary hot and cold drinks and apples. Close to downtown and Blue Ridge parkway. Ample parking.

Breakfast area can at times get crowded. Also, our room faced the road and we could hear the traffic. (Not an overwhelming noise, though)

Location was very close to the Biltmore Estate. Facilities were clean, beautiful and our room had plenty of room for our family. Delicous , free breakfast buffet .

Photo of room when making a reservation showed a couch in room but check-in told me it was not available in the room that I booked. I was charged an additional amount of $10 plus tax per night to get couch. They said they did not understand why ya'll included in the pictures of the room. Little misleading.

There was no Microwave in the room to warm up food. The bed are very hard to sleep on my back hurt all not because of uncomfortable mattress. Feel that you need to get new mattress and throw away the old ones. I will not suggest any of my family members and friends to stay at this complex.

My only complaint was placement of microwave, which was only a couple of inches from the floor on a slide out shelf.

We were just staying overnight. The hotel was near everything we needed to do while in Asheville. The staff were pleasant and helpful. The hotel was well kept. The beds were comfortable and it was quiet. The breakfast was tasty and hot. The coffee was also good.

One elevator was down so it took a long time to get an elevator. They do not clean your room if you only stay two days. They did not mention this. I would have asked to have it cleaned daily.
