Room was exceptionally clean, up to date and as nice as many other more upscale chains I’ve stayed in. Breakfast was excellent with many hot and cold choices. I was pleasantly surprised to find DECAF BLACK tea bags in both my room and at the breakfast bar. Now you don’t see that often!

While the location was convenient to interstate, Biltmore Estate, and access to downtown, the parking was *very tight* and they don’t have enough spaces for the number of rooms. I got back to my room at 10pm and every space was filled so I had to park down the hill in the overflow parking area in front of Texas Roadhouse. It’s not a very long walk and I felt safe but if you have mobility issues it would be a concern. There is definitely an incline. There are outside stairs near the lobby but no elevator. The hotel was very expensive for this type/chain…however it was the best price by far for the area/season and day of the week. (Saturday night)

Lots of parking and nextdoor to Texas Roadhouse and we had an amazingly good meal there.

NO ELEVATORS. Saw older ladies carrying their bags up 3 floors… how??? Bad and pillows were not very comfortable. Man at the front desk was not super friendly.

The room was clean. The sheets and pillows were soft and comfy. Thank you for having TV with channels to watch, I didn't need to remember my password to stream my programming (I hate that) while on the road .your desk staff were so nice and helpful. Breakfast was nice as I had to leave early. It's so hard to have to rush and seek food when you're not familiar with the area I appreciate the great coffee and the yogurt & toast. It's so helpful to get an early start.

The bed was comfortable

We stayed in room 318 when we turned on the heat sparks flew out of it and smoke. We turned it off immediately. Then we went into the bathroom and the door noob was broken, and I got locked in the bathroom. My husband had to go down to the front desk and they gave him a paper clip to open the door and get me out from that point on we couldn’t close the bathroom door. It’s very old and it’s located very close to the road and up a steep hill and the entrance off a busy road. I wouldn’t recommend it.

Location was excellent. The bed was extremely comfortable and even the pillows were awesome. We were wishing they sold the pillows at the service desk. We would have bought a dozen. Towels were white and new looking.

There was a gap under our door that you could see daylight coming in. We figured that's how the huge knats were getting into the room. There was a smell of dirty feet and orange cleaner so we ended up airing out the room several times for fresh air. I'm very sensitive to orange cleaner so it wasn't a nice smell for me Front desk staff was very friendly and helpful.

Everything in the room seemed new and in working order. Tasteful decorations. There was even a small gym and a decent breakfast that included eggs and sausage. For the price, this was an EXCELLENT hotel.

Only the outside seemed like a generic hotel - nothing special.

Convenient and cheap but noisy.

Room seemed clean, no irritating fragrances, had everything I needed: fridge, microwave, hair dryer, coffee maker. Breakfast was included but if you're trying to avoid highly processed, high-carb foods you will be limited to eggs, sausage and coffee.

The motel is located right on Hwy 25, the main drag through Asheville. Very loud traffic noise 24 hours a day. Of course, my room was in the front, right on the road. If I stayed here again, which I probably won't, I would definitely have to have a room in the back. Noise from neighboring room was annoying since they checked in and were up late.

Even for Asheville, this isn’t a property that I’d pay $150 a night for again. There were obnoxious kids jumping in and splashing in an already small pool. We honestly came to enjoy the pool, so this was a disappointment.

A nice place to spend a weekend away.

The room was clean and comfortable. The location was about as close to Biltmore as you coud be without actually staying on the Biltmore estate.

We passed by the hotel the first time because the sign is very small and the driveway turns immediately to the right, so it's hidden unless you're going slow and looking carefully. When we pulled in the parking lot, the room numbers were hard to see and we spent some time trying to find the room.

Difficult and dangerous to access the property – grubby breakfast – weird staff – decent room for the price.

The price was certainly right, and the room was clean and had decent facilities. The beds were comfortable, and the AC kept us cool during the heat wave.

The breakfast didn’t have much variety and the food that was there was sugary and greasy. The evening staff seemed a bit hostile. The worst thing about it was the location – not in terms of how it was relative to other locations in Asheville, but accessing it requires an almost 180° turn up a very steep hill on a very narrow driveway, right off of a four lane highway. It shares this little driveway with a Texas Roadhouse, and during the dinner rush, it took me almost 10 minutes to get off the property because the traffic was so bad. Turning into the property or onto the highway when leaving it was hair raising, with extremely poor sidelines and fast traffic coming both directions.

It was right by highway do a bit nosy. Also the parking lot had a lot of trucks and a large box truck taking up a lot of space. They had just shampooed the carpet so it was still damp.
