It was a very clean and comfortable room , no issues. I had to stay near work/hospital due to icy weather conditions.

I did not like having to climb up steps to the 3rd floor. I did not realize there was no elevator, or I would have requested the bottom floor due to having to lug all my luggage and items up those steps in the cold, icy temperatures.

Beds were comfy and love all the soft fluffy pillows.

I was told we could check out at noon due to the fact we worked nights at hospital during recent ice storm. And was rudely woken at 11 by housekeeping then rudely called by front desk. The lady at front desk over phone in the tone very rude "checkout was at 11" I understand that it was not communicated about the checkout but the lady at front desk didn't have to be rude about it. Also, its hard to pull out of parking lot due to the angle and the curb. Also no elevator. If your on the third floor who wants to carry luggage up a flight of stairs. If thats an issue, I'd definitely request 1st or 2nd floor.

Shower had hair in it and the beds are like bricks. My room was above the lobby so I was up all night due to the noises. Also the tv didn't even have the basic channels so I wasn't able to watch the local news

Excellent stay

We did a road trip through Florida, South Carolina, North Carolina, Tennessee, and Alabama. This was by far the best and most comfortable hotel we stayed at. Very clean and well organized. Good breakfast. Fair price. Comfortable beds and bedding. Extremely attentive staff. We absolutely loved it.

The location is great the entrance is the only exit tho and it’s next to a Texas Roadhouse so you share with them as well! That was the only bad part

Room was exceptionally clean, up to date and as nice as many other more upscale chains I’ve stayed in. Breakfast was excellent with many hot and cold choices. I was pleasantly surprised to find DECAF BLACK tea bags in both my room and at the breakfast bar. Now you don’t see that often!

While the location was convenient to interstate, Biltmore Estate, and access to downtown, the parking was *very tight* and they don’t have enough spaces for the number of rooms. I got back to my room at 10pm and every space was filled so I had to park down the hill in the overflow parking area in front of Texas Roadhouse. It’s not a very long walk and I felt safe but if you have mobility issues it would be a concern. There is definitely an incline. There are outside stairs near the lobby but no elevator. The hotel was very expensive for this type/chain…however it was the best price by far for the area/season and day of the week. (Saturday night)

Lots of parking and nextdoor to Texas Roadhouse and we had an amazingly good meal there.

NO ELEVATORS. Saw older ladies carrying their bags up 3 floors… how??? Bad and pillows were not very comfortable. Man at the front desk was not super friendly.

The room was clean. The sheets and pillows were soft and comfy. Thank you for having TV with channels to watch, I didn't need to remember my password to stream my programming (I hate that) while on the road .your desk staff were so nice and helpful. Breakfast was nice as I had to leave early. It's so hard to have to rush and seek food when you're not familiar with the area I appreciate the great coffee and the yogurt & toast. It's so helpful to get an early start.

Needs repair

The bed was comfortable

We stayed in room 318 when we turned on the heat sparks flew out of it and smoke. We turned it off immediately. Then we went into the bathroom and the door noob was broken, and I got locked in the bathroom. My husband had to go down to the front desk and they gave him a paper clip to open the door and get me out from that point on we couldn’t close the bathroom door. It’s very old and it’s located very close to the road and up a steep hill and the entrance off a busy road. I wouldn’t recommend it.

Location was excellent. The bed was extremely comfortable and even the pillows were awesome. We were wishing they sold the pillows at the service desk. We would have bought a dozen. Towels were white and new looking.

There was a gap under our door that you could see daylight coming in. We figured that's how the huge knats were getting into the room. There was a smell of dirty feet and orange cleaner so we ended up airing out the room several times for fresh air. I'm very sensitive to orange cleaner so it wasn't a nice smell for me Front desk staff was very friendly and helpful.
