Highly recommend this hotel

I can’t say enough good about this place. Stayed there 3 days to tour the Biltmore. Great location for that and for eating out. Breakfast was outstanding with a sweet lady who worked hard at keeping it well stocked for the full house that was there. Friendly staff that cared about the needs of their guests.

The mirror over the sink needs to be replaced. It’s just tacky looking from cleaning I guess and does the room a disservice. It’s a small thing.

Was a great place to stay . Easy access to most places that we ventured to. Rooms were great , bed was comfortable. Breakfast was very good also

Room was clean and comfortable. lots of traffic on the street, but the room was quiet. Breakfast was sufficient and good. Seating was adequate every morning. Adjacent gas/convenience store was a plus, as was the nearby steakhouse.

Elevator was somewhat slow, but not a problem. Traffic out front was quite heavy at times, but that was because of the convenient location.

The pool. It could have had a couple of degrees warmer water, but it was very enjoyable.

It was too small to put a chair in position to watch the TV. The beds were too high and I am 5’6”. That being said, the toilet was too darn low!

Hotel location was near sightseeing, but definitely needed GPS to find it. Clean room. Comfortable bed. Walked to dinner at next door hotel. Free parking.

Breakfast was delicious but the floor was so sticky I washed the soles of my shoes when I got back to my room. Parking was confusing; needed a sign that said “hotel guests free parking, all others pay here”

Walls were paper thin neighbors tv was so loud drowned out ours. Room was in dire need of a renovation. Rip in carpet very dull and dingy.

Great location, comfy beds, and reasonable price added up to a great stay.

The breakfast offerings were varied and thoughtful--there was something for everyone. The free coffee in the lobby was particularly appreciated, as were the very comfortable beds, free WiFi, free parking, and hot showers.

The breakfast room seemed small for the crowds that thronged it every morning we were there. Perhaps some overflow seating would be a good idea?

Close to hospital

Room had a terrible smell. Bed sheets had holes in it. Bathroom looked old and dirty but staff said it was cleaned.

Great value and location

The indoor pool and hot tub were wonderful. Very clean, and staff were friendly. Breakfast was standard hotel fare, but free and good variety. Short driving distance to pretty much everywhere we wanted to go.
