Was a great place to stay . Easy access to most places that we ventured to. Rooms were great , bed was comfortable. Breakfast was very good also

Only downside at all is the main roadway access . Sometimes it was difficult to make a left turn onto main highway. That's it .

The room had a warm feeling, liked the bed and pillows (thank you for the normal sized pillows!) the staff was very friendly, good breakfast.

Room was clean and comfortable. lots of traffic on the street, but the room was quiet. Breakfast was sufficient and good. Seating was adequate every morning. Adjacent gas/convenience store was a plus, as was the nearby steakhouse.

Elevator was somewhat slow, but not a problem. Traffic out front was quite heavy at times, but that was because of the convenient location.

It was too small to put a chair in position to watch the TV. The beds were too high and I am 5’6”. That being said, the toilet was too darn low!

Hotel location was near sightseeing, but definitely needed GPS to find it. Clean room. Comfortable bed. Walked to dinner at next door hotel. Free parking.

Breakfast was delicious but the floor was so sticky I washed the soles of my shoes when I got back to my room. Parking was confusing; needed a sign that said “hotel guests free parking, all others pay here”

The breakfast offerings were varied and thoughtful--there was something for everyone. The free coffee in the lobby was particularly appreciated, as were the very comfortable beds, free WiFi, free parking, and hot showers.

The breakfast room seemed small for the crowds that thronged it every morning we were there. Perhaps some overflow seating would be a good idea?

Room had a terrible smell. Bed sheets had holes in it. Bathroom looked old and dirty but staff said it was cleaned.

First time staying at a Baymont property, and it exceeded our expectations!

The room was spacious and quiet. We utilized the pool/spa area after breakfast. All of the staff we encountered were very pleasant, and the breakfast option of cheerios, yogurt, bacon & eggs accommodated my need to eat gluten free.

Just a short stay while passing through Asheville area

Booked late on weekday and got a very good rate. First floor room with queen bed was roomy and convenient. Breakfast was simple but with a good number of choices. Short walk to Biltmore Village and Gatehouse, although the Village is still recovering from Helene, so not much open.

Location was close to town, but not very pedestrian friendly if you do want to walk.
