The room smelled great when we walked in and looked very clean. For breakfast I’d say move the coffee out of the breakfast area and set it up on the bar. It made the room way too crowded. Poor people had to sit right in front of the juice machine. I’d say either move that table and chairs or figure out another configuration. The food was average. Stay was good

All the staff we interacted with were helpful and friendly. The room was clean. Only complaints are the hot options for breakfast were the same everyday. The eggs were paper thin and I'm not really sure if they were eggs. Also, please get different toilet paper. 😬

Everyone at the front desk was super friendly and accommodating. It was a busy weekend and although we couldn’t check in early we were able to get our parking permit early and leave our car at the hotel while we went to an event. Our room was clean and the only downside was that the walls are a little thin and our neighbors were a little loud. It’s a great location and close to the highway. Would definitely stay again.

So, even though I didn't use the pool, I picked this because the pool is outside and not in a steamy room. The photo does not show you that the pool is at the front of the property and it's right on a super busy and noisy road. It looks like you could sit there and look out into the woods! If you are a light sleeper, ask for a room at the back, which is more convenient for parking, it really is a lot of road noise. Breakfast was good and complete with choices, though the same both mornings, often hotels will mix it up, scrambled one day, something else the next, bacon one day, sausage the next. But I was able to have good protein and not just waffles or pastries/carbs. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Staff was pleasant. Check-in was a breeze. Even though it appear to be a little bit older facility (entry door had a fairly large gap between the frame and the door), it was was tastefully decorated. It had well above amenities which was great for a low cost motel. I would recommend this to others and I would stay again

It was a Terrible experience the staff were unprofessional and racially profiled me based on appearance and since I didn’t have a credit card made me leave a $500 dollar dept. they gave us the worst room uncomfortable beds and bad service

The drive into the property is a little rough on front end of car, but once there the staff are great. Rooms are clean. Parking is limited n tight. Noises are loud from ambulance n fire dept. Ac is great. Beds are comfortable. Breakfast is ok but space is limited. Watch your bill for sure. My bill should have been 296.00 and was on printoutbut was 349.00 charged to bank so watch the bills. Should have gotten a confirmation email on bill but did not. Thankfully i have printed bill.

The room was bad, not a $200 room at all. A gap in the door had road noise . Outlets by the sink didn’t work. Musty smell. The restaurant next door made it hard to get in. The parking is so tight my car barely fit

Room was mid. Only complaint was the parking. Really inconvenient especially if you have a large vehicle. Only plus is that it is not far from the Biltmore estate and downtown.
