Room was clean. Breakfast was ok, they had packet oatmeal. Beds comfortable. Very steep drive in and out, if its icy not sure how you'd do it.

Staff was fine but there was no hair dryer and a wonky fridge. Both are rare for a seemingly quality hotel. Also, who doesn’t serve toast or bread for breakfast? The freezer needed defrosting and/or the door had to be futzed to close which was noisy. Also, I think I had a locked ajoining room and the neighbors were kind of noisy. And, although not specific to Clarion, isn’t it time wonky USB ports were upgraded and/or USB-C ports be provided, too?

Great stay. Chelsea, the assistant manager, was incredibly helpful when our car broke down. Truly, she went above and beyond to help us manage the exigencies of having to buy a car that morning so we could leave ahead of the winter storm coming later in the day. We could not have navigated all the details without her kind assistance!

Clean room, excellent customer service from Chris at the front desk. Our only complaints are that having to go through the Texas Roadhouse parking lot to get to the hotel parking lot was problematic on Saturday evening, and the breakfast statioj could be bigger and have two waffle makers instead of one.

I went to check in and they wouldn’t give me a room because they don't rent to locals. It was New Years Eve, and I booked a hotel to be responsible. Due to their ‘policy’ to avoid locals causing trouble, my plans were ruined and I stayed home. A terrible experience and I’ll never stay at any Clarion in the country as a result of this blatant discrimination.

We just needed a quick stay for one-note while we continued on our trip. This was super convenient, right off the highway. Lots of restaurants near by. Rooms were very clean. Not a big fan of Inn's myself, but we had no issues with this hotel and check in and out was a breeze. Friendly staff. Great price.

We didn't plan to stay in the room long each day and didn't want to spend much on a room, so we chose the Clarion for the location and price point. The staff was courteous, efficient, and helpful. The room was pristine, tastefully done, and looked newly appointed. I was worried at first about the steep hill to get in and out, but the hotel monitored weather and salted appropriately. Entrance and exit was not an issue. Because it is an exterior door type of hotel, I had initial reservations about noise and safety, but we never had any problems with either. The close proximity to everything was especially helpful. For the price, cleanliness, staff, and location, we would definitely stay here again.

My electric was off at my home. I needed a room for a night till the electrician comes the next morning It was 12 degrees outside , no heat , lights in my home. I booked a place through hotels.com at a local Clarion Hotel. When I showed up the front desk refuse to honor my reservation because I lived a few miles away
