This hotel is beautiful. The lobby was so beautiful and very welcoming when we arrived. Our room was nice and comfortable. Everything was clean.

The elevator was so slow. I think that was the only complaint there was one elevator and it took forever

Overall a decent stay with an exceptional location.

We did not eat the breakfast that was offered. The location was excellent.

The biggest two problems were the distance it took to walk to our hotel rooms due to an elevator not working and the full size beds when there were four adult size people in the room. It really should be queen size beds in all rooms.

Ok, clearly prefer front building rooms to “newer”? Back tower section.

Did not know there was breakfast.

Apparently central air unit in closet by bed! Would hum then click off. This was in back tower - I had stayed several times in regular front building and never had this issue in that original section. Pillows too firm. Would have preferred option for softer, down alternative. Comforter was lighter weight for recent cold spell. In future I will request front building only- not back tower…not convenient with luggage. Front desk staff friendly.

Close to Biltmore House

One of the elevators was not working causing a slight inconvenience, but repairs were being made.

Should have stayed at the Hampton Inn next door

Restaurant staff was excellent

Property could use some updating. Of course, this is an area impacted by serious flooding just a year ago. One elevator did not work, the one closest to our room. And the one elevator that did was finicky, needing a little convincing at times to close entirely. Bathrooms very small and beds were just OK, compared to the Hampton Inn cousins of the same brand. We would not stay here again.

Our stay wasn’t worth the money we paid for 1 night!

It was close to the Biltmore estate.

The heater was very VERY loud, and it went off every 10-15 minutes blowing cold air. We were told the motel had an excellent breakfast, but didn’t tell us it was going to cost $15 a piece!

Great location and the staff were very helpful and friendly! The rooms were clean but a bit worn out.

The biggest issue was the size of the bed. The beds listed as double are actually full size and not big enough for two adults. Travelers should be aware of this when booking.

Minor wear and tear on the furniture, door knob to the room did not consistently open the door (had to turn the door and push with shoulder simultaneously), several towel hooks in bathroom were loose.

Excellent Experience

Complimentary parking with ample spaces was available. Access to and from the hotel was facilitated by a traffic light, ensuring ease of entry and exit. The hotel is conveniently located near the Biltmore Estate. Breakfast options were available, allowing for customized orders. My room was very nice as well.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. They texted me to check how everything was going which was nice.

The room was at the other end of two hallways. The Pepsi machine was not set up correctly and it took me 4 tries and 5.00 to get the correct drink.

The room had 2 full size beds - for this hotel, and for 3 people, the rooms need to have 2 queen size beds. Full size beds do not sleep 2 people comfortably.

We were given a handycap room with one twin bed for two of us. Bed was uncomfortable. Ice machine was broken on our floor so we had to go to the third floor for ice. Had to pay extra for breakfast.

The vintage, the decor in the lounge.

The fact you have to go all the way downstairs to get to the microwave. Also no courtesy coffee in the lounge. Although I got my cookies which was nice.The TV is not a SmartTV. The elevator made alot of noise.
