Our room heard the elevator every time in use , plus made reservations 2-3 weeks out and we were ground level, which is by far always the noisiest

Not a bad place to stay. Seemed safe and friendly overall. A fan of the sleek, modern feel.

Shower took a few minutes for water to heat up in the beginning. I also noticed just a bit of water leaking from the bathroom wall which I thought was odd. I could see this building running into technical issues as time goes on.

PLEASANT STAY

Very nice hotel. The room was modern and well-maintained. I liked the streaming TV so I could watch the programs I prefer. The bathroom is small but very efficient. I especially liked the shower. The location of the hotel is very convenient to the activities in the area.

Housekeeping noise starting at 7:30 AM. No complimentary breakfast. The dining area was empty when I went there at 8:30 AM. It looks like very few people are willing to spend $17 for breakfast. I feel the hotel is missing an opportunity to increase the number of people who might select this hotel by not serving complimentary breakfast.

It was wonderful.

It was extremely clean and in a great location. Wonderful staff and loved the swimming pool and hot tub was great for my spine issues. Love the balcony and the bed was really comfortable.

I wish there were microwaves in the rooms. Before the remodel they had microwaves

The right place to stay in Asheville

This hotel was spotlessly clean and the staff was extremely helpful and friendly. Being a new hotel, I appreciated the updated design of the rooms and facilities, which seemed well thought-out. The fitness center had free weights, a cable machine, stair stepper and treadmill, which was unexpected and convenient. The indoor pool looked meticulously maintained. So happy to have stayed here and would happily do so again!

Yamil rocks!!

Beautiful room and great service. Yamil went above and beyond in everything we ask of him. He readily got me sugar-free syrup for the breakfast. Very courteous and informative. Promote now. I highly recommend this facility. So close to the Biltmore and other lovely places of interest.

Our stay was excellent. Staff was excellent. Yamil was very helpful and he communicated with us very effectively, even before our arrival. He was able to help us get our room early. He showed generous hospitality and professionalism. I would like to mention Chelsea too. She was friendly and great at what she does. Overall the stay was amazing and we would come back to this hotel.

Some noise was coming from the AC unit at times. It didn't bother us since it was spring time and weather was nice.

Don’t stay unless you want to deal with construction.

The room by itself was fine, except that we could hear construction everywhere around us since the hotel was under renovations.

The hotel was undergoing renovations and they didn’t disclose that information. We drove up and a majority of the hotel was boarded up and there was only a side entrance to enter and exit the hotel. There was a sign at the desk apologizing for the construction, but the hotel itself didn’t do anything when we heard construction from our room from check in to check out (yes, even on the weekend). Drilling and hammering isn’t what I’d call relaxing. If we had known this was going to be happening, we would’ve found other accommodations.

They are advertising as scenic hotel but didn’t mention the construction, I paid for a Mountain View and the windows were covered up . Perfect location for visiting Biltmore estate.

Key to room didn’t work. Tried getting new card. Didn’t work. Had to get room reassigned what does clerk came up and made sure we got in the reassigned room. He was very very nice. Construction going on but they stopped the work at seven and restarted at 7 AM. The website says there is absolutely no cancellation without the feet of the entire price of room for any reason or even a modification of your reservation. Was hesitant to work because of this but since I booked the night before, it was pretty sure we would not need to change. If it had been sometime out, I would have chosen another hotel with a different cancellation or change policy.

We had a good stay. It is super close to the Biltmore Estate and Historic Biltmore Village.

our room was clean but somewhat tattered. The shower was great and updated, but the vanity was old, and the wood was chipped. There is a mini kitchen with microwave and single serve Keurig coffee maker but no sink. The bed was comfortable, but we could have used an extra blanket. The breakfast was good, but they ran out of eggs halfway through breakfast on the 2nd morning we were there. This hotel is under construction, but we did not hear any of the Contruction on the 3rd floor. Sarah, front desk, was very friendly and helpful with questions we had.

I didnt like that the washer and dryer was not working or the indoor pool. I was told prior to booking by the receptionist that they had a washer and dryer. I work in healthcare so its vital that i be able to wash my uniforms. I emailed the general manager and told her i was having to wash my uniforms in the since as i had already booked it. She offered me a 10% discount. I wont be staying here again. I wouldnt have been upset if they hadnt told me a washer and dryer was available only to find out it was not.

Located close to our planned activities. Room was clean and comfortable.

We were greeted with the phrase "you went through a third party" and we were told so several times. We were checked in 30 minutes after check-in time only after staff turn-over. Others were checked in as they arrived

Disappointing

We booked an executive suite that holds up to six adults which included breakfast. But they’re only giving us two passes for breakfast. There are two adults and two teenagers that want to eat breakfast which you consider the teenagers as adults and that’s fine. But this room is listed to hold up to six adults and six breakfast. The front desk said we could only have two breakfast. This makes no sense and I’m very disappointed.
