I chose this hotel because its location is strategic. It is close to Lucerne where you can walk around this beautiful town, you can enjoy the beautiful views from a boat ride on the lake , also to board the steepest train to the top of Pilatus mountain and ride the cable car to the top.If you like the beauty of nature, this place is for you. I felt reborn and purified amidst all this green and natural background. I booked this hotel without knowing where we were going. It turned out to be a 16 minute bus ride from Lucerne and another 21 minute walk from the bus stop to a beautiful place where I felt like I was in Heaven. My initial anxiety turned into indescribable bliss. We loved everything about this place. The selected breakfast with taste and quality (what a dream bread), the cleanliness - towels changed every day. Right next to the hotel there is a COOP where you can buy Evian water for 1 pound and dine in the eateries that offer a variety of delicious food. We were charmed by this place and we would gladly come back to experience this fabulous earthly paradise again! You can catch bus 50, 51 or 52 from Lucerne to Suesstannen Rothenburg bus stop. Have an amazing stay in this lovely rural place!
