Hope they have it cleaned up.so so sad when thing go this bad we have stayed at this hotel yearly

The room was not clean at all. The bed looked like someone has rested on it. When I complained to the desk manager he also agreed that things were not as they should be. He tried to look for another room which was even worse. The desk manager took photos himself. There was a crumpled something on the floor. I have taken photos.

It is convenient as it is close to the highway.

Disappointing and no A/C

Clean, comfortable beds, good location when travelling and only staying for the night.

No A/C. And fair enough, they didn’t advertise as if they had one. It was our oversight. It was extremely hot, we could barely sleep. We arrived really late (just after midnight) and the guy at the reception looked rather annoyed as if he had terribly inconvenienced him by showing up that late. Utterly unfriendly, almost rude. (However, the lady in the morning, at check out, was very kind.) Poor breakfast, both as to quality and selection. Won’t be staying here. Certainly not worth the money.

Good Experience (family of five!)

Hotel was very clean, quite and comfortable. It was on the main highway, so very easy to access and free parking which was a major plus. Breakfast was good and staff was very friendly..

Not really "don't like", but having AC would have been much better. Price was also bit high but everything in Switzerland is expensive!

The location is very nice, with a coop and Burger King nearby and closer to Luzern. Breakfast was decent. Friendly staff.

No air conditioning available in the room, and the windows can only be opened fully. So it’s not completely convenient to ventilate the room.

Friendly welcoming and accommodating staff in good location.

Great location as close to the motorway. Staff very friendly. The receptionist offered to cool our drinks for us in their fridge. Parking close by. Good breakfast!

The plugs at bedside were not compatible with our European plug for small radio. For English speaking guests there should be more English or American channels. It would be nice to open the window blinds

We were attacked by an Indian group. Come on, they came as a group, so why would the hotel allow them to use the kitchen and dining areas? The whole hotel, even the rooms, smelled. The smell of food clung to us. They were going from room to room with the doors of the rooms on the floors open. There were leftovers in front of the rooms and no one was taking them. This behavior does not suit such a hotel. I want to sit in the lobby, Indians are singing from there, do I have to listen to you...

I would not stay here again

the location was good to reach our destination.

There were no gluten free and lactose free options available and at 9:30am there was barely any food left although the notice said that breakfast last until 10am on a Saturday. The room was too hot and we found crumbs on the seat and hairs in the bathroom. the staff were not helpful when I asked to go find something at the lost property section from the last time I stayed I left a pillow there.

Excellent location but security to ground floor rooms needs improving

Location: just off autoroute so perfect for us

We were in a room on the ground floor, right next to reception. There was no additional security and the door was propped open, so the noise travelled. A large group arrived quite late, creating a lot of noise, and worried my young daughter and I as females and we felt vulnerable.

Disappointing - No A/C - dog unfriendly hotel

NO AIR CONDITIONING - A/C only available in the lobby.. with this hot weather shall we sleep in the lobby instead??? Extremely hot room - We were assigned to a G/F room, only able to open a tiny bit of window .. wasn’t able to sleep after 8-9 hours driving is really getting into our nerves. Unfriendly staff - We were asked to move to upper floor due to the heat. Staff was unsympathetic and just said it’s fully booked. Not even tried to help us to find a solution. We have visited Holiday Inn express in this 1-2 years with dogs and every time we were assigned to barrier free room. In fact it’s extremely hot and loud on the ground floor.. We are paying the same amount of money (or even more indeed due to the surcharge) so please treat your clients with dogs the same as the others do!

Close to Luzern (10 minute drive) but far enough out to not feel in the city. Incredible views. Easy access to city and ongoing network of roads. Comfortable.

The location was perfect, selection of eating options, small supermarket and fuel, plus easy parking and ideal countryside location for dog.walking and small kids to run around.

The room was hot and it wasn't even hot weather. Couldn't leave the window open becuase it was like turning on a tap filled with mosquitos. There was a net screen but it didn't fit properly and it had a hole in it. Couldn't open the window past 5cm.

Great for overnight

Great place for an overnight stay next to the highway. There's a supermarket and a small restaurant next door plus 3-4 children playgrounds. Right next to the property are EV superchargers.

The room didn't have air conditioning and only one window opened very slightly which makes sleeping quite challenging when outside temperatures are >25 degrees.

There’s no air conditioning it was too hot , the window you can not open it all The staff was very unwelcoming not smiling very tough, reception and breakfast staff The breakfast end at 9:30 we just not finished eating they closed the umbrella on us leave us in very hot sun with our food to inforce us to leave the area !! The reception lady I asked her about the timing for breakfast she said it’s all written in the hotel area !! She didn’t like to speak with us

We didnt get to experience anything here

We booked via booking.com on the day as we were let down by other accommodation. We trained and then walked 5km to this accommodation only to find out they also didn't have room for us. The receptionist said she tried to call me but i didnt get a call or any missed calls. The email she sent came through after 1am the next night. The receptionist tried for about 10 minutes to help us find somewhere else but ultimately said it wasn't their problem. Called a taxi for us and we left after 10pm. More of an issue with booking.com who accepted the booking

very bad experience with very rude non-polite reception lady Angelica

lady at reception with name Angelica .. she is very bad This is a complaint to the lady receptionist on the 3rd of July, where she canceled my reservation without reason or right, even though it was confirmed with Booking and after payment, and she insisted that there was no fault on the part of the hotel and she rudely and indifferently insisted that it was my fault and Booking's fault, and threatened to call the police And she deliberately intimidated me, my wife, and my children in a rude, barbaric, and racist manner. I look forward to and expect the hotel management and Booking to - discipline that lady employee - refund the amount I paid - and compensate me
