Very lovely hotel

Our room was very modern, clean, & would have had a delightful view overlooking the lake if it hadn’t been so hazy (& hot!). We definitely appreciated the fan the hotel provided. We also made a reservation for dinner as part of our 55th anniversary celebration, and had a lovely table!

The heat & the haze, but that certainly wasn’t the hotel’s problem! Being able to open the windows and balcony doors was great! Actually we weren’t there long enough to be able to comment on a lot of the amenities - we didn’t even take showers or use the provided towels.

We had the romance suite. The views from the balcony or bath tub are stunning and unrivalled. It’s a very large suite and just perfect In every way. The restaurant is a must, the food and service are impeccable. Would definitely stay here again.

Super clean, quiet stay with a stunning view and excellent restaurant with Swiss price levels

Nice and super clean rooms in an older but very well kept hotel with an excellent restaurant, balcony with beautiful view towards Sempacher See and mountains, shower in room, 2 bathroom sinks, private parking

Prices for rooms, but especially for the restaurant despite excellent quality dinner is approx. double the amount you pay for a comparable higher class dinner in e.g. Germany, Italy. It is an issue about Switzerland as such, not necessarily only in this hotel.

Very friendly and helpful staff, excellent food with great fresh fruit and an outstanding view of the Swiss Alps.

We would have liked an insect screen on the door/window. The mosquitos were disturbing and we don't like sleeping in a closed room with insecticide laden air. Also, the cigarette smoke from smokers in the bar area can waft over diners at the far end of the dining terrace which unfortunately on one occasion detracted from our enjoyment of a great meal.

well they sell attic rooms with no airconditioning in middle of summer and as I was told by the receptionist "If I dont like it, I can leave" so I did.

Neat Clean....1st Class Rooms with Best Facilities I have ever Experienced. Dinner at the Hotel Restaurant was Surprisingly less Expensive than other places and Food was Great. Breakfast also was pretty Good.....with Scrambled Eggs on Request. A Very Beautifully Decorated Hotel.....I felt I was attending a Wedding 💑 Celebration

It was located in a little remote area.....and pretty Dark neighbourhood around the Hotel at night time.

Sehr freundliches Personal. Man fühlt sich wirklich willkommen. Tolle Aussicht vom Balkon und moderne Zimmer. Besonders hervorzuheben das vorzügliche Essen im Restaurant. Außerdem, genügend Parkplätze .

Mir hat alles sehr gut gefallen. Aber es ist vielleicht nicht für jeden geeignet, dass Dusche und Waschgelegenheit im Zimmer sind.Lediglich die Toilette ist separat. Da ich alleine unterwegs war, hat mich das nicht gestört

Perfekter Kurzaufenthalt mit toller Lage und super Service

Wir haben eine Nacht im Hotel verbracht und waren insgesamt sehr zufrieden. Besonders gut gefallen haben uns sehr schöne Lage mit Blick auf See und Alpen direkt aus dem Hotelzimmer, das freundliche Personal und das leckere Frühstück. Auch die Sauberkeit im Zimmer und im gesamten Hotel war einwandfrei. Für einen kurzen Aufenthalt absolut empfehlenswert.
