Clean and convenient!

The building was well decorated, clean and modern. Parking bays were generously sized and easy to find. Close enough to walk into the main town centre. Staff were helpful and friendly.

Only negative was no mini fridge to cool drinks, and some people might need to request a room away from the railway side, but the sounds didn’t bother me.

Excellent but need to clean the shower drain

The shower drain was blocked with hair and the shower tray overflowed and went all over the bathroom and hallway too in the room

Comfortable well located room for a short stay in the area.

The breakfast bacon was the best ever, crispy savoury, excellent. The location is very convenient, close to Lucerne by car and surrounding attractions. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

The sofa for kids had a rather thin mattress and the room faced the rail tracks. We're used to city noises so no problem to sleep, but the hotel provides the earplugs by default, so light sleepers, beware...

Superb

We had a short stopover on our way back from our holiday and it was a wonderful hotel for that purpose. The location is fine for business travelers but less for a longer stay for other puposes. The quality of rooms and staff is prefect!

location bit isolated, away from lake and town centre, about 20 min walk. bikes secure in tech area only, no dedicated space no foot pump.

Good hotel but very quiet area and no activity

The hotel is located in a mixed use building with offices and appartments. One of the appartments started a very loud party in the middle of the afternoon and the walls of our room were shaking until 10pm . It was unbearable. The hotel staff said there was nothing they could do since Swiss law alows parties until 10pm. I will never take the risk of goign back there.

Perfect stay when in transit.

Perfect hotel when being in transit, close to the highway and when we arrived very late (after checking in hours) because of the traffic the people at the reception stayed until we arrived!! Very specious room, comfortable beds and good breakfast.

Behind the hotel you have the train and our room was at the back, woke up early because of trains passing.

Average "German style" breakfast. Nothing to write home about.

Very noisy location. Earplugs were provided, which gives an indikation of the problem. Even on third floor it woke my wife several times.

L’accueil, la chambre d’hôtel .le restaurant juste à côté

J’ai cru que le déjeuner était compris . Le premier déjeuner , je n’ai pris qu’un ballon . Et le deuxième une tasse de chocolat , 2 petits yogourts et 2 minuscules ballons J’ai trouvé que c’était trop cher !
