Amazing value for money, a great location and welcoming staff

A beautiful location right in front of the lake and on a clear day the vista of mountains in the background. The whole hotel is super cozy with convenient parking. Staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The design of the rooms was great making use of all the space. Overall the hotel has a cozy and super comfortable feel.

The perfect stop over when heading from the UK to Italy.

Great location and easy to find off the main autoroute, for a relaxing break after a busy driving day, the hotel has lovely views, great rooms, good parking, amazing restaurant with fantastic food with lovely local beer & a delicious breakfast too. The bathroom soaps, gels and lotions were lovely to use. The staff were very helpful and made me feel very welcome, I would certainly stay here again if I’m in the area. Thank you. :)

Lovely setting on the side of the lake, rooms were nice, a bit small, but clean. The food we had there was good, along with a decent buffet breakfast.

Hard to complain about anything, other than we thought it was a little pricey.

Location, welcome, check-out, amazing breakfast, comfy bed and comfy pillow.

The AC was NOT modifiable, and if anything the temperature in the room increased during the night instead of decreasing. In the summer one of the criteria we tend to choose accommodations with also includes the presence of AC at the hotel - if it isn't actually working as one would expect, that's a bit too bad.

Great hotel, friendly staff, classy looks, the 007 style entrance to the meeting rooms (yes i spotted that too:p) , good breakfast, and (although after a bit of unnecessary discussion i believe ) the kind gesture to allow my car to be parked on the grass area parking for a few days so i could finally start the real bicycle road trip with even further delay. greetings from Brienz. The bicycle got repaired partially, it is rideable now. hopefully it can last till friday, which i think will be my return day.

the grass in front needs a cut ;) the discussion on the parking is a bit sad. With all the problems i was facing a bit of positive gesture was really needed and appreciated.

Never expected it to be THIS good!

The restaurant is sublime, perfect for a one night stay, as it would get expensive eating there every night! Lake access and views are stunning, and the new superior rooms are just beautiful - best shower of my life. Our dog was also welcome in all areas, which was a pleasant surprise given the luxurious facilities.

Only minor complaint is the EV charger was being abused when we arrived, so had to wait to charge. Not the fault of the hotel, but they could have had it towed...

Nice hotel if you are on the way to Italy. Nicely located at the lake with a beautiful terrace. Great view and good cuisine!

Room was at the front side of the hotel and was relatively small, as were the beds.

First impressions were great hotel but unfortunately let down by bedroom room.

Breakfast in the conservatory was good with view across the lake lovely. Didn’t like the look of the hot food, not knowing how long it’s been kept warm

Room was the smallest I’d ever stayed. No space for opening case on floor. Advertised as 20sqm? Bathroom also compact. Didn’t feel hand towel rail 75mm from toilet hygienic. A/C wasn’t working but didn’t notice until late evening so didn’t report until the morning. Receptionist was very apologetic and gave bottle of wine plus two bottles of water for journey. Pot bottles with stoppers on sink and within shower looked good but wondered what would happen if it was to fall on tiled floor?

it’s being renovated, so you get a room that’s in the middle of a building plot. scaffolding all round the place. plastic covering the corridor. cement in the lift. and work (noise) starts at 7am on the dot.
