DO NOT BOOK THIS PLACE ! IT IS HORRIBLE. SAVE YOUR MONEY AND GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!

Nothing at all

What an experience it was staying in the rooms we booked. Firstly, how the rooms look online is completely different to how they are in person. I paid CHF930! I expected a decent room with decent furniture in the room. The beds were so small, the toilet/shower room was the length of my wing span; if I spread my arms, I would touch either side of the walls. We got there after 10pm, there was no hot water left in the tank so we could not shower after our journey. Bear in mind the CHF did not include ANY food!! no breakfast, no water, no dinner nothing just the rooms!! I was not expecting the rooms to be so mediocre! I know Switzerland is an expensive place but this was ridiculous! On our first night, we quickly realised this was a restaurant/pub like place; we were trying to get some sleep them suddenly there was a group downstairs in the restaurant singing happy birthday loudly!! Can you imagine!! Please DO NOT BOOK THIS PLACE ! IT IS HORRIBLE. SAVE YOUR MONEY AND GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!

Basic but well maintained, great location

Great location, plenty of restaurants, bars and shopping within short walking distance. Lovely back garden/terrace. Rooms are basic but well kept - no wear and tear to be seen anywhere.

Rooms could have better sound proofing, both towards the hallway and the street. Quite small, so not really somewhere you'd spend your free time, but more than good enough for a good night's rest.

Ist sehr alt und ungepflegt. Vorhänge fallen von selbst auseinander. Badezimmer, alles hat gelottert und die Toilette lief dauernd durch.

Ich hatte schöne Tage in Sursee und habe mich trotzdem im Hotel wohl gefühlt.

Das Hotel ist zu Fuß gut zu erreichen. Die Gaststätte hat sehr leckeres Abendessen und sehr nettes Personal.

Bin 14 Uhr in Sursee angekommen. Ich bekam einen Code für den Schlüsselkasten am Eingang. Leider funktioniert das gar nicht. Also mußte ich bis 18 Uhr warten, um das Zimmer zu beziehen. Leider gibt es kein Frühstück, aber ich war darauf eingerichtet. Die Dusche braucht einen neuen Duschkopf, oder sollte entkalkt werden!

Mooie locatie Echt om de hoek allerlei winkels en supermarkten Wij waren er 1 nachtje omdat we op doorreis waren Personeel heel erg vriendelijk

Attention pas d'ascenseur. Chambres au premier et deuxième étages !

L’emplacement

Dans une chambre pas où trésor peu d’eau chaude. Dans la deuxième chambre aucunes chaînes TV. Personne pour nous aider à régler ces problèmes.
