Neat concept. Breakfast bar had good selection and very helpful, friendly staff.

Had to dig to find the 11th floor room with “emergency” items like a pillow, sheet and blanket for the pullout bed. Web site said this was supposed to be in a cabinet in breakfast room on floor 13. Coffee machine had issues at breakfast. Even after it was addressed the quality of coffee was really bad.

Exceptional

We really liked the design, it seems like it is fresh-made. Interesting bathroom and was nice to stay so high (12th floor). Breakfast is also on the high floor (13th). Personal is very nice and helpful, helped me with getting in the room after check-out, cause I forgot a charger there. Easy check-in and check-out.

The only thing I can advise is to come on the breakfast earlier. Even though we came 50 mins before the end, the whole last hour cheese and meat plates were not refilled and stayed empty(( Maybe it was just one time thing, I don't know.

Great value for money

New hotel with big, modern and spotless rooms with a great view. Shower is great and air conditioning was a big plus on a hot summer days. Breakfast was ok. Free parking.

My stay was comfortable

The breakfast was good with lot of options. Agnes was an excellent breakfast host, she really made sure I had all the food I need and was very friendly and kind to everyone! The view was spectacular on my side of the building!

There needs to be a small refrigerator for storing food. Also a system for heating food is needed.

Booked for 3 people but only two beds had been prépared. No blanket, towels for 3rd person They promised some gesture to compensate but nothing happened. Since its a smart hotel no physical staff present to deal with issues

Exceptional

The hotel room was large enough to accommodate al 4 of us (2 parents + 2 kids). The view was verry nice, since the room has large windows on 3 sides of the building. The morning breakfast was great and the lady that was preparing the cofee/food was nice and polite, she helped us with the small kids in preparing the food for them as they liked it. There are some restaurants verry close nearby, if you want to eat something afther check in, no restaurant was available within hotel when we stayed there. Overal we had a verry nice stay and we didn't had big expectations but it was more than nice.

The elevators are a little old and maybe the staircase needs some paint job to change the smell of old building. No bar or restaurant opened yet within the hotel.

Komfortables Zimmer und reibungsloser Check-in

Das Zimmer war sehr gross und angenehm gestaltet. Besonders gefallen hat mir die durchdachte Raumaufteilung sowie das schöne, moderne Badezimmer. Es war ruhig und erholsam, und es hat an nichts gefehlt. Ein Ort, an dem man sich sofort wohlfühlt. Positiv hervorzuheben ist auch das einwandfreie und unkomplizierte eigenständige Check-in und Check-out.

Ein kleiner Minuspunkt war, dass das Restaurant während unseres Aufenthalts geschlossen war, das heisst auch kein Frühstück verfügbar. Zudem war im Frühstücksbereich die Kaffeemaschine zur Selbstbedienung defekt. Noch eine kleine Anregungen, dass die Aussenparkplätze nicht gut beschriftet waren. Es war nicht auf Anhieb klar, wo genau die Parkmöglichkeiten für Hotelgäste sind.

Der Checkin war einfach und schnell. Die Zimmer sind sehr gross und sauber.

Es wäre praktisch, wenn man die Radiatoren selber auf eine angenehme Temperatur einstellen könnte. Für uns war es im Zimmer ein wenig zu kühl.

Le calme et le style des chambres, la tranquillité de l'environnement. La rapidité du check-in et check-out même sans personnel. Le petit-déjeuner en libre service le matin.

Das Frühstück war sehr gut, die Auswahl ist gross und für jeden ist etwas passendes dabei. Die Dame die das Frühstücksbuffet betreut ist extrem freundlich. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt im Hotel. Die Betten sind sehr bequem.

Einzig im Zimmer hat es ein wenig getönt, als wenn jemand auf einer Trommel spielt. Wir konnten nicht herausfinden, ob es an der Klimaanlage / Heizung lag, oder am starken Wind draussen. Uns hat es nicht grossartig gestört und wir sind schnell eingeschlafen.

Eifahrt aufgrund Baustelle nicht gut angeschrieben. Wir kamen am späten Abend im dunkel an, ein Schild zum Hotel wäre hilfreich.

Dass die Fenster im 12. Stock normal geöffnet werden konnten, hat mich sehr irritriert. Ein Paradies für potentielle Selbstmörder und Schlafwandler.

Prima voor 1 nacht/doorreis, als je geen haast hebt.

Rustige ligging, wel ver van de snelweg. Kamers in een torenflat met uitzicht (met name in rooftop bar alsmede de ontbijtruimte) bijna rondom. Flat ligt nagenoen in het midden van het dal, omringt door heuvels. Alsof je even van de wereld bent.

Borrelende airco. We dachten eerst dat het uit de badkamer kwam, maar bleek de airco te zijn. Verder kamer pal boven ons waar de mensen best wel regelmatig met het meubilair (?) op de grond stootte. Gelukkig na 23u wel over.

Auto-Checkin hat nicht funktioniert! Erst durch anrufen der Hotline konnte die Zimmerkarte aktiviert werden. Gesprächspartner könnte freundlicher sein! Der Saugroboter im Frühstücksbereich könnte auch erst später gestartet werden und nicht währenddessen!

Nous devions nous enregistrer seuls car personne a la réception, ok, MAIS SEULEMENT POSSIBLE ANGLAIS ET ALLEMAND ! Pas de français, italien ou espagnol, DOMMAGE ça devrait pourtant être facile à faire!
