Fabulous stay at the Seerose Resort!

We had a fantastic time at Seerose Resort! The settings are beautiful, the hotel is modern and clean, the new spa facilities were amazing and there is overall such a nice atmosphere. Staff are friendly and helpful, including at the restaurants. We'll definitely be back!

The outdoor pool by the lake is smaller than expected from the pictures, so not really for swimming but the area is still very nice for relaxing.

Amazing

Everything was perfect, it was Mothersday and I was greeted with champagne and we got drink vouchers as well, which we used at the platoon after the spa. The room I booked was a standard room and we were very surprised how the standard room looked it was above the restaurant and was fantastic 😍

There is an issue with the employees responsible for reservations on breakfast restaurant and the lack restaurant that located outside side on your right hand before entering the hotel reception , they do not respect the guest and they are unhelpful

Restful, like a trip to Asia away ! Makes you happy to go there if you have the money to pay the CHF 500.-

SPA pool inside and outside lake private access, Thai massage very professional like real Thai masseurs, big rooms clean, 3 restaurants 1 Thai food, lovely bar on the lake great ambiance, indoor parking, quiet but close to Zurich ( 45 minutes by car ) close to Lucerne ( 30 minutes ) : I will go back certainly !

cozy, warm, friendly, relaxing stay in a beautiful place

Pretty much everything:) the spa could be a bit bigger but as it was not full, did not really matter. everything made very cozy and nicely decorated.

we liked everything! maybe just one suggestion: plastic straws in drinks in the restaurant (unless intentionally requested) could be easily avoided for good :)

A very relaxing environment and I would recommend staying here again.

Interior decor was really lovely and relaxing. The lake side area with pool was very nice. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We had a junior suite which was beautifully appointed and decorated. I had a spa treatment and massage and the wellness area was beautiful, peaceful and perfectly equipped.

The room prices were on the expensive side and I expected a larger space for the price of the Junior suite. We were not informed that it was better to book the restaurants ahead of arrival - consequence being we couldn't choose where we wanted to eat as all 3 restaurants were fully booked !

Exceptional

This is our preferred hotel in Switzerland, whenever we need to be in central Swiss, near enough to Zurich, Zug, Luzern, Basel. Asside from the location the hotel is very comfortable with excellent facilities and very nice crew.

Very good and gives value

This hotel is our most beloved in Switzerland. Location is fabulous, 40 to 50 km from every center swiss location. Facilities are excellent. Staff is very nice. Three restaurants all good.

Best spa close to Basel

Always great stay. Friendly staff. Perfect for a weekend getaway or a couples anniversary or even a girls weekend. Food is great. And the best indoor pool and massage team authentically from Thailand!

Alles war außergewöhnlich, daher gibt es nichts zu bemängeln.

Erschreckend für das Geld!

Das Zimmer war für 200,00 SFR viel zu teuer bzw. zu klein. Gerade mal rund 12 Quadratmeter. Das Licht im Schlafzimmer und auch im Bad düster - viel zu dunkel. Mann konnte sich nicht einmal ordentlich rasieren. Einmal und niiie wieder!
