I booked ibis Paris Nation Davout based on reviews, but it was very disappointing. The rooms are extremely small and congested, more like a budget motel. No basic amenities in the room, no proper water filter or hot water, and it’s really only suitable for a one-night stay. The only positives were the helpful staff and the 24-hour coffee machine. Unfortunately, this hotel spoiled much of our Paris vacation.Metro station is near is the other good thing

The location is great. It is very near to subway station. The room we got is not spacious that we cannot open the door to the bathroom fully. The bed is ok and the aircondition is ok. Breakfast is ok. The hotel don’t have enough coffee cups and some of them are broken. Reception is accommodating. Even if we are not satisfied with the room but it is ok for us since we are only in the hotel during the night, we left the hotel everyday after breakfast and back late night. We stayed 4 nights.

The hotel staff was great! The breakfast was delicious. The room was clean. My only complaint was the height of the bathtub. Getting in and out of it was challenging. The area was not the cleanest, but it was close to a metro stop.

Between rooms there is a door, every night for 4 nights straight new people were trying to open the door and were banging to see what is on the other side, and because of the doors, everything is so loud and even speaking silently was heard. The room is too small for 2 people, I hit my head on a sharp shelf many times and I was bleeding just because i didn’t have space between the bed and the wall to walk by. Staff were nice, polite and helpful. On our first night bed sheets were dirty and had food stains all over them. The location is good, a tiny bit far from all the attractions but its fine, there is a shop right in front and McDonalds and Metro were 5 minutes away.

The staff were amiable and helpful. The breakfast was also very good. The region is easily accessible with a bus from Charles de Gaulle Airport that stops near the hotel. There is also a Metro Line 9 station nearby. There are several restaurants nearby. However, the region is not the best in Paris, but not dangerous.

Everything was great about this property. Especially for the price. The only drawback was a shower, minimum water pressure. But like I said, for the price it was a definite winner! Close to the Metro as well

I feel that we were lured into this hotel on the basis of a material misrepresentation known as "passing off". The name and logo of the hotel are confusingly similar to the Comfort Inn which is a recognized brand offering an acceptable standard of amenities. The first shock was discovering that this was not a Comfort Inn hotel but a very sub standard hotel. The room was just barely larger than the bed and there were no closets or drawers of any description, nor cable TV for CNN or BBC, I thought it was represented as a 4 star hotel, which it is not - but I may be in error on that. The location is inferior in terms of distance from central Paris and the tone of the neighbourhood. Also, significantly, it was very poor value for the money.

First time is Paris. Small but cozy hotel. Front desk was very nice and accommodating. Alexi was very nice and made sure I was around of my surroundings. Thé area is about 30 minutes or so from the Tour Eiffel and about 30 from CDG airport. Area looks alright not the best but every big city has it’s gritty looking areas. if you are aware of surroundings and are alert you will be fine. I honestly would recommend and when I return I’ll book with them again. Au revoir à Bientôt

Rooms are very small and there is no space to move which makes it so uncomfortable. The night is overcharge, almost €200.00 and it was not worth it. There is a weird smell on the hall and the room like if something is wet. I would not recommend it.

Great hotel. They were going through renovations so it was a bit wierd. But the staff was very nice and helpful with directions. There isn’t a closet, they have a small handle bar with hangers on it. So it really is a small and clean place to sleep.

Location is not in a tourist area but close to Metro. The room was small, as expected but the washroom is updated which was more important for us. The reason I chose this hotel was because it has air conditioning & control on each room. I thought we can control the heat or the aircon as we wish. Unfortunately, on our second night the aircon wasn't "working" We slept a bit uncomfortably. I asked front desk, she said they have turned off it off & heater is the one on. I would have booked somewhere else if I knew they would not have the aircon on while we were there. I specifically looked for a hotel with this feature. Next time I would stay much closer to the tourist spots.
