Room was clean

Heater worked well, staff was friendly,

There room eas a little dusty which caused my allergies to flare up

Place needs some work. Don't like the fact they charge your credit card $75 for incidentals. Then you have to wait a week to have it credited back.

The bathroom was devastating the shower rod wasnt holding the shower curtain out the water. The room itself was too bad but does NEED a lot of improvements. Some staff look like they need to be in a rehab center.

Hardly any customers yet they gave us a room on the 2nd floor way down the hall from the elevator. You would think they would have given us something a little more convenient

Lack of simple maintenance (defective manual door stop held up with scotch tape. Medium size bugs on walls and floors. Bed linens not changed in 6 days stay. Bathtub faucet not attached to tub.

Room appeared clean. The bathroom door was ratted out on the bottom. The shower was sticking out of the was not attached with a hole around the shower pipe. The showerhead needed to be cleaned or replaced as it was clogged and didn't work very well. The tub was stained and scratched. The bed was ok. The hallway floors needed to be mopped. The dining area and lobby looked nice. There was a very limited breakfast offering.

Comfortable bed & clean shower

Very filthy hotel and room. They do not totally clean the rooms properly. The entrance into the room needed scrubbed and cannot tell how long it was since hallway was cleaned. They do not move chairs when sweeping, shelves in shower are filthy, shower was still dirty. The telephone in the room is so disgusting!! I have pictures to show you if you! Would like to be contacted about this!! Would have changed hotels but couldn’t find any with availability!! I did send the hotel company a message but have not heard from anyone yet!! Not Happy!!

It’s past time for a facelift

Not enough trash cans. No cleaning service for 3 days. Not enough room to hang clothes. Missy was very helpful getting our room

No good experience for the room. We got broken dryer hair, loose bathroom hooks and the blanket has cigarette holes. There are flies in the room. The washing machine was too close to the room and was very noisy.

Nice room, friendly staff!

The hotel room was clean but dated. Parking lot was well lit at night. Plenty of area to walk the dog. Would like to have had eggs for breakfast. Close to plenty of restaurants for dinner.

Everything in the room was clean, but the recent renovations that were supposedly done in the building were done sloppily. Whatever company they had do them needs to be sued or made to return and fix them.

Bathroom a little small.

Morning coffee was good. No hot water, too far from the source. Bugs enter through the hole for a/c.

Not sure where to begin. I guess I will begin with what was told about our stay. The front desk attendant at night, Missy, was fantastic. Very friendly and courteous. Good area with a lot of restaurants and shopping nearby. Now for what I didn't like. Most of all, there was a mysterious "pre-authorization for incidental damages" for $162 on my debit card on top of the required deposit at time of check in. None of the other people we were with had this charge on their account. When I requested a printed receipt, it wasn't listed on there either. The attendant had to dig into my account to find a receipt which had no description of what the charge was for. Also, there were zero clean towels available the entire weekend. Shower was not warm. Floors in the hallway were filthy. Mattresses very stained up. Requested additional pillows for our room as each bed only has 3 very small ones, to no avail. I will not be back to this location and wouldn't recommend staying here.

Kids running and screaming (teenagers and older ) up and down the hall ways of third floor for well over two hours after 9 pm . Other wise our stay was nice thank you 😁

Room was dirty, sink faucet, hair dryer, floor. Elevator needed service. Hotel smelled like pot. Hotel informed us they only clean the rooms once a week on Sunday. Had to ask for clean towels. Breakfast was sparse and there were bags of garbage sitting on the floor while people were eating. I will never stay at Super 8 again. Disgusting.

We had to have sheets replaced because of stains moved to another room didn’t apologize about the room just handed me another key They need some customer service skills

While the towels and bedding were clean, our floors and trash cans definitely were not. There were trash and clumps of hair in our trash. After walking barefoot on the floor our feet were black with dirt. I didn’t want to complain and get moved to a different room far away from our 2nd room. It was close to our event location but definitely not somewhere I would choose to stay again unless there was no other choice.

Staff was very nice. Exactly what I'd expect for the price I paid for the room. Needed something quick and cheap.

has a nice well lit up parking lot and plenty of cameras. parking lot looks like a football field at night safe and nothing shady around it smooth blacktop, i will stay again.

My room refrigerator went out destroying all the food i had previously went out and purchased for my entire weekend stay. When i made the desk attendant aware she came up to “fix” it and stated the refrigerator was just unplugged and to wait 15/30mins for it to recool. Which was fine because the food and drinks inside were already ruined but after the 30min wait i reached back out because the refrigerator was not cooling at all and the attendant “Nadia” Navia” was no longer on the clock at work and failed to make the second shift worker seat causing an even bigger inconvenience of me having to later move to a different room

It was an okay stay for the price. The bed was comfortable and breakfast was sufficient. I question the cleanliness as the floor was dirty and I saw two little roaches in the room.
