I liked that it wasn’t far from restaurants or high the highway.

Floor was clean.
The room description included coffee machine, there wasn't one, only 2 outlets available to use.
The room walls and bathroom were dirty. There were 2 large screws sticking out of the wall from inside the bathroom. The girl that checked us in was rude, yelling at us to make sure "you don't smoke, you will be charged $150, we check the room when you check out" they also surprised us with a $30 deposit, that wasn't mentioned when we booked. The guy that checked us out was nice, but the girl was on her phone with speaker on yelling at some guy and he was yelling back speaking another language. I understood the price and room number and she mentioned my name. She just was not friendly at all. I would definitely not recommend to stay here.
Also the battery for smoke detectors was missing.

Property was broken down. The room was disgusting with stains and a cut up shade that didn’t close. The bed was stained and no one was at the office to help. It stunk. The took my “smoking” deposit even though I don’t smoke and it was a smoke free room. I had to buy my own bedding so I could sleep. I had no soap and only one nasty red towel.

the room smelled musky and dusty. the spare blanket needed washed we couldn’t use it. the towels were dingy needed bleached

The bathroom was excellent. The room was very clean. The pillows were very nice and fluffy.
It was too noisy. The window curtain was messed up, let in light. The hotel outside was nasty -- needed repairs badly. There was no hair dryer or coffee maker or ice bucket or any cups. The towels were not nice at all, used and stained. People were outside yelling and making noise, very loud.

The restaurant adjoining to motel was good, decent food, good prices, excellent coffee (since there was no coffee maker in the room). The room was inexpensive, remember though, you get what you pay for...
There had clearly been a water leak in the room above ours, evidenced by the damaged/water stained ceiling tiles and drywall that had been waterlogged. The bathroom vanity was not secure, tilted away from wall so water did not drain properly. The security chain had no attachment on the door and was therefore useless. Only one accessible outlet in the room (on a lamp), every other outlet had something plugged into it. 100% would NOT stay here again.

Sam is very nice. He works with you and tries to accommodate you in anyway he can. I ask for something he generally gets it. Nice man.
There are lots of rift raft at this location. Suggest getting rid of that type of clientele. It would improve customer base.

For the price, I didn't expect a palace. We booked the room at the last minute for our daughter's college family weekend, so options were limited. We didn't get stabbed, and nothing crawled on us while we were sleeping. So for what we paid, I would consider that a win.
Building was very run-down. Appliances and TV were dated. Clerk wouldn't open the office door. Just spoke to us through a small glass window that we could barely hear through. Upon arrival, we were informed we had to pay a $30 cash deposit that would be returned upon checkout if we didn't smoke in the room (which is fine, but I wasn't prepared and had no cash). We went to our room and turned the covers back, and there were what appeared to be blood stains on the sheets. We left for a bit, called the clerk and asked to have the sheets changed. We came back with clorox spray, and there were new sheets on the bed.

The location was convenient and the price was cheap
The room was in extremely bad repair, bathtub surround was held together with tape, carpet was filthy and sticky, there was no toilet paper. It just felt dirty.

The things that I did not like about this hotel was they do not honor their prices or the third party prices when booked online half of the rooms have mowed the hot water does not work half of the time the air conditioner don't work light fixtures are falling apart the staff in general are very arrogant . They are liars they steal people's money they make excuses the room smell like eight cans of bounce that and don't bring it back...

I called ahead of booking to ask about the charge for a pet in the room. I was told a price, booked the room, and the price was doubled when I arrived. Not good.
