Dirty, had repair work that was never finished. No toilet top, tv was cracked. Bathtub was awful. Have to file a claim with credit card company to get my $20 deposit back.

Cockroaches and Bed bugs! And the manager said I was lying and said that I brought them. The rooms are trashed and disgusting. I didn’t even stay the whole time because it’s a run down drug hotel by the looks of some of the people hanging outside. Will not go back.

The management was very accommodating with my late arrival and early check out.

I was in town to visit my Father who was a patient in Union Hospital and the Statesman was located practically right next door! Less than a five minute walk

Absolutely disgusting! Don't stay here!

Location was pretty quiet and easy parking but that's the only decent thing about this place.

Don't stay here! Room smells worse than a sweaty locker room and don't dare take your shoes off and walk on the carpet their nasty. King bed was basically on the floor, super flat pillows pretty non existent and cigarette burn holes and stains all over the bedding! And if that's not bad enough staff is rude as hell! Had no soap and only 1 towel for 2 people and staff don't care of your needs cuz their dirty themselves walking around with no shoes on and don't mind the filth, they actually got an attitude and yelled in my face for my complaints. Not worth the money or your peace of mind! Get a different hotel or sleep in your car would be better than here! Bathroom is gross, pealing paint on tub and ceiling tiles peeling about to fall in.

Location was the ONLY upside to this place!!

It was awful!! Dirty spray painted walls with writing all over them! Disgusting dirty burnt bedding! NO towels or ANY linens! Management was rude and came to window in his boxers and and he didn’t bother to cover anything up!! AND to top it off they wouldn’t honor the booking.com price and reservation and charged me an extra $20!!! ABSOLUTELY AWFUL EXPERIENCE!!!

Rip off

It was a room. and a roof over my head.

I paid through booking.com then charged again by the hotel when I got there. Then was told it’s booking.com who was responsible then told by booking.com the hotel needs to pay me back. I am being ripped off lured here by a guy who lied about being able to have me live with him out in the cold during covid lockdown barely any money and they are are ripping me off
