Cheap.

I always like to stay here because it is quiet and a nice location to get to.

I do NOT smoke. But when I went to check out I was told I couldn't get my deposit because it smelled like smoke👀 in the room. I let them know I vape Pina Colada but NO cigarettes. I was running behind to get to my visit at the BOP prison. I left and came back to talk to the manager(AMAZING LADY) don't know name. But she let me know that she knows their rooms have a smell to them from previous people. So to sum it up: ALL rooms smell like cigarettes. There is a faint smell. But the manager fixed the problem for me. I won't be back here to stay though.

Disappointment

The price wasn't bad, but the deposit is steep especially for those of us who are clean and respectful of places.

The filth and cheap bedding we had to request another room because the bedding was dirty and holes in blankets and no bed bug cover and no sheet just a top cover and light didn't work and just was dirty like the housekeeping didn't change bedding just made it and dirty everywhere.

Horrible place. Unsafe for families.

At midnight there were children screaming "Mommy wake up" and an strange man beating on the window of that same room claiming he was waiting for his daughter and his grandkids are going crazy. When asked if everything was OK I was told to mind my own business. Our family's stay at this place was less than an hour.

Great value and a very nice room.

Hotel is on the main street, but noise wasn't an issue. Room was very clean and bathroom appeared to have been updated. Breakfast was very simple and basic---toast, limited choice cereal, wrapped muffins, coffee, wafflemaker. We were two couples in 2 rooms, and both were very happy with the overall experience. Stayed here to break up a 16 hour drive from Branson to home.

Property appeared a little sketchy from the street, but there was absolutely nothing to complain about. Safe, secure, and a sound sleep!

Room was terrible , smelled smoke and weed . Bed linens were dirty stains all over sheets , curtains ripped marks all up wall , was si bad asked another room . They said call manager next day . Called bookings . Com said hotel should reimburse if not they would . Checked into another hotel was clean clean sheets . Called bookings . Com again said would not refund our mistake for booking it . Literally the worse experience in hotel and with bookings . Com ever experienced . Disgraceful service.

Very convenient stay - very good value for the money

Best shower I’ve had in a hotel in the US, good bathroom, nice with a balcony, friendly staff.

Our room smelled a bit weird, especially the fridge.

Pleasantly surprised by the room clean updated beds were very comfortable

The room was absolutely perfect. Couldn’t ask for a much better accommodations the exterior walking in especially the sidewalk needed attention. You can tell the old the age of the building by the exterior and the parking lot.

It was 7 minutes from my mom and pet friendly

The location was awful, someone tried robbing the gas station right across the street in broad daylight. Gun shots were fired. Then the other guests there were smoking weed outside and were just straight creepy.

If you are desperate for a low cost lodging be willing to accept what it is.

It was clean.

Although the rooms are supposed to be non-smoking the first room wreaked of smoke. We moved to another one which only the stale smoke could be smelled laying down. It was supposed to have Wifi but there wasn't a password given. And apparently there are maybe less than desirable people living there hanging about.

The location was close to where I had to go, As far as breakfast goes - I didn't partake in the breakfast because I had to be at my event at the bowling center early.

The pool wasn't available to use and it was outside. My hotel room smelled like cigar smoke, the microwave plate in the room I paid for didn't turn to heat up my food evenly. If I ever return to Terre Haute, I will probably be staying somewhere else that has a swimming pool inside and filled /& operational .

I believe that everything will be fine.

And in general the workers are quite friendly, sociable and will always help - It's nice, there is room to move towards the better and make the service better. I'm glad that they are trying for our convenience.

I didn't like that they don't change the bed linen at least once a week. And also in mine there were cockroaches and there was an unpleasant smell from the pipe in the sink. The door card periodically demagnetized. And I had to contact the reception.

Hotel needs update

It’s right on 41 so it was noisy. Dresser drawers didn’t stay closed. Shower drain was slow so water almost spilled over to the floor

Not a good family hotel

Needs to be remodeled, rooms do not look like pictures. Noise level is ridiculous kids yelling and running in hallways, my husband had finally had enough and yelled quiet down out there, our kids couldn't get to sleep . The light in bathroom on mirror kept randomly coming on during night, worried me that maybe a fire hazard. Will not ever book this hotel again. Staff was ok but didn't have any change when paying the damage deposit . Seems like alot of people are living out of this hotel. Not a good family hotel.

Good inexpensive place near Rt 70

My only complaint is the lighting in the room They’re on an electric eye so movement makes them (and the bathroom fan) go on and off. Once I figured out if I stayed still the main light would remain off, sleep went well.

Nothing was truly the smell the dead bugs .

Everything was horrible I want a refund they were saying no it smelled horrible no light that work half .lost power and had no water I understand things happen was not bad weather and regardless u just have to refund take up with power company . I paid to be comfortable the power loss as icing left 5 am . The room was already bad
