Overall great experience with staff, and comfortable clean rooms

it was not a good experience.

not much other than new mattress

was not told under renovation. king mattress twin size pillows, phone did not work, no clock, no plug by coffee pot had to move it to bathroom than plug in over sink!!!! coffee supplied terrible like water no ice on our floor had to go to 5th floor for ice. 2 senior citizens with canes! this was not a good experience don’t think i would stay at another Hampton Inn after this experience.

Nice hotel with a nice breakfast. Staff was very friendly. They even offered Happy bags with a to go breakfast if needed.

Kept getting lost with the numbers on the rooms were recessed and not on the door.

Great staff ands decent stay for one night, but not the quality of facility typical to Hampton Inn.

The location was very convenient to the interstate and restaurants. Although there was some traffic noise, it died down at night. The bed was comfortable and the climate control was quiet and efficient. Staff members were very pleasant and helpful.

This property is in serious need of updating. While most of the breakfast area was nice, the vinyl covered bench along one side had a very large area with multiple splits and a poor patch job. The lobby area had minimal seating and what little furniture is present furniture is old, worn, dirty looking in spots and not comfortable. The rooms also need an update. Our window was very dirty and streaked - some on the outside,but also some on the inside.

Location was nice. Just off the interstate.

Breakfast was horrible. There were only three of the large individually wrapped muffins. This was at 6:15. A.m.. instant oatmeal was displayed in the packing box, so were the napkins. Eggs were very watery. There was no Greek yogurt to eat or milk to drink. Worst breakfast of our whole trip.

The property was easy to find. Clean with comfortable beds. Complimentary breakfast was fine.

The building is under renovation, which is good because it needs it. $75 per pet fee is too high--if I had known we would not have stayed there (my fault for not finding out in advance). Shower did not work. Front desk said "handle is just hard to pull out." Uh, no. We were awakened at 8:23am by a masonry drill (or some such) in the wall... don't know why they rented out that room.

Paid for 2 queen beds they were fills. Smell was old like possible an old smoking room in the past. Tub was well worn you could see the finish coming off the bottom. Bathroom door was paint peeling. And the room entry key was way way way to hard to use to open doors. And later in the day our room was assigned to another family. They were as surprised as we were. So the room was logged in as occupied at front desk properly

Expensive compared to other Hamptons on this trip.

Breakfast was described on Booking as Continental, but there was hot food,waffles,biscuit & gravy, eggs etc. Cereal,toast,muffins and fruit. Coffee and juices.

Didn't like $75 for dog fee of 1 night stay. Also 2 sides of hotel parking area covered in truck trailers. Hotel room has seen better days maybe the trailers are full of upgrades.

Location

The beds were lop-sided and a constant lower impression in the beds that caused you to end up rolling into the impression. Went to take a shower, no hot water. Water leaks everywhere one in my room one outside my room and several other buckets catching the water throughout tue hotel.

Stay here if you want amazing hospitality that will blow you away!

The breakfast was nice, but the service was better. The front desk person gave me a tray to help me bring my kids food. I didn't ask for one or know that was available to me. She was very proactive in her customer service.

Nothing really. I guess the price was a bit high and there was a lot of non refundable payments. However I would still choose this location because of how well I was treated by staff and the overall atmosphere and comfortability of the hotel.
