The location, the pool. The staff are mostly friendly.

The parking lot is tiny, we never saw a parking garage labeled for “Hilton Guests” only for the college. Some staff did not seem to like that we used Booking.com and were unhelpful with pricing questions. The shower heads have no water pressure. The walls are very thin and you can hear your neighbors tv and normal volume conversations in the hallway outside your door. The hot tub was broken at the time of our stay.

3/5 for clean room and warm breakfast. Broken toilet and limited parking.

Was traveling through with kids for spring break. It was easy to get to from highway. Felt safe in the area unloading in the dark with kids. Parking was limited( which I read in other reviews) Thankfully when we got there we found a spot in the state building next lot over and they said we could park due to it being a weekend and provided a pass. Get there early if you want an actual hotel spot. Our room was clean but we had a broken toilet that no one could fix and they couldn’t switch rooms since they were full. It ran all night which was loud and annoying and guest service was unhelpful or just understaffed. They said they would get someone in the morning so I thought they would pass along information to the morning staff but they had no idea when I went down in the morning to check that there was an issue. We also asked for towels for the pool after stating there was none and many kids in the pool when I went back they gave us enough for my kids but didn’t stock anything. Because we are Hilton members we got free breakfast and for our inconvenience of the broken toilet. The buffet was clean and warm and staff in the restaurant area were friendly. Not sure worth $200 a night ?.. and we actually were going to stay on our drive back but opted not to at this location.

You have to pay for breakfast I felt like that was ding too much because A. It’s dirty haute B. For the price they should give at least a simple free breakfast like come on it’s a Hilton for crying out loud. Swimming oool and jacuzzi is TINY looks nothing like the pictures. And can drinks are $3

It was beautiful, clean, comfortable beds, and within walking distance to several dining options.

Parking is a bit tricky if you come in late. I’m sure there is an overflow but I got the last parking spot. People who came in after me kept circling the lot so I’m not sure where they eventually parked.

It was modern and clean. Great location for walking around Terre Haute's downtown. Beds were comfy. Breakfast was good... enjoyed a grapefruit half with the appropriate grapefruit spoon.

The pool and hot tub were closed with no information on when they will be operational. We had specifically searched for a pool. We also had to wait until after 5 pm to check in.

The staff was kind and the location is good. The bed was comfortable.

The breakfast was okay. Quite bland and the scrambles eggs were watery. The fresh fruit was not as fresh as it could have been it was starting to become mushy. Disappointed really. But the dinner staff was great the first night but not the following night and when I received my food the first night the salad was a nice proportion and the soup was good though they put way too much cheese on into of the tomato basil soup and the bread was soaked in butter. The second night the salad was really small, the server told me they did not have french dressing even though I had it the night before and there was no bread with the soup. It was a completely different experience from night to night. The shower had lower presser and black slug was coming up the drain. The air conditioner was loud.

It was a wonderful time.. front desk let us use a table and chairs so we could play cards. The bartender even made pina colada's for us and breakfast was delicious !! Beds were awesome.. room was amazing.. no negative comments to make.. will stay here sgain !
