Terrible

Breakfast could have been better for the price. Food was cold and not a lot to pick from. The juice was good. Wanted fruit but none. The AC was great!!

Smell of room was terrible even after I sprayed air freshener. House keeping rushed cleaning my room. Counters were sticky. Hair on “clean” towels. Offered water but not snacks. My friend cancelled her reservation and went to hotel next door because her room smelled worse than mine. Very inconvenient when we’re working a project together. Paid $230 a night and it was NOT worth at all. Will not return.

Terra haute gem

Nothing except that there was a refrigerated semi-truck idling outside the rooms all night. However windows are good enough for sound reduction and we were able to get to sleep

Clean, tidy and safe

The place was great. Very clean and tidy. One note to mention. About 5am the fire alarm went off. And people were evacuating the hotel. As we were getting ready to leave, the alarm stopped. Apparently, it started in one of the rooms and when the attending manager tried to reach them, there was no response, so he did the right thing and set off the alarm. My wife and I were not mad but thankful he opted on the safe side. It supported my belief that Home2 Suites is a great place. Thank you.

It was a really nice, very clean hotel! The room was super nice, and big, and very clean! The staff was very friendly and courteous, breakfast was good... do not have one complaint!

Location was close to our activities

Someone had vomited on the floor (hallway) where our room was located and the smell permeated throughout the entire space. It was incredibly strong and foul, so much so that we had to cover our nose and mouth with our jackets. The staff couldn’t have cared less about the situation, offered no apology and were generally aloof about the whole thing.

The person at the front desk was friendly and helpful. It was clean and pretty comfortable.

I chose this hotel solely because the listing said this suite had a hot tub. The a portion of the listing is pasted below. “King Studio Suite - Non Smoking This suite's special feature is the hot tub. This suite consists of 1 living room, 1 separate bedroom and 1 bathroom with a bath or a shower and free toiletries. Guests will find a refrigerator, a dishwasher, kitchenware and a microwave in the fully equipped kitchenette. The suite also offers a barbecue. This air-conditioned suite includes a dining area, a flat-screen TV with cable channels a washing machine and a patio. The unit offers 2 beds.” There was no hot tub nor was there a washing machine or a patio but what bothered me the most was the hot tub and by the time I found out there was no hot tub I could not cancel without being charged.

The image of our room made it look like there was two separate rooms with a door. However, when we got there, we received a room separated by a curtain. This made it harder to put out kids to bed.

loved the space of the room HATED the bed

The breakfast was good but out of all the choices you had i felt very much like it was alot of nothing.

The sofa mattress. The metal of the frame was so sharp that we even stacked tons of blankets on top of the mattress to make it better and it still didn't make it better. It was literally awful for my kids to have to sleep in and spending near $300 for a ONE NIGHT STAY was ridiculous and they didn't even get ANY rest!!

My family and I really enjoyed the whole facility, especially the pool and spa! The pool was very warm, SUPER friendly staff who were there to help whenever needed. Beds, rooms, and lobby were all VERY clean! we loved our stay and will be back!
