Hotel was fine, it’s a little messy and less than ideal due to renovations. It was fine for me, traveling by myself for work. But I wouldn’t stay here with my family. Room was in a little disrepair, but hopefully renovations will improve room quality

dirtiest room I've ever been in. First 2 floor were being remolded these desperate people kept the 3rd and 4th floor open without even telling people. Dusty ASBESTOS MOLD smell was atrocious bathroom was dirty toilet was loose and no hot water was scared of bet bugs.. Used toweled in corner of halls and the hall was full of marijuana smoke. Holiday Inn should be ashamed of themselves.

Notified morning of checkin location was beginning updated. In reality, construction and destruction had been ongoing for for weeks. What wasn't being redone was in poor condition. Picture of location in no way represented condition of hotel. Left after 1 night of 4 night stay.

I came for an appt to Cleveland clinic ..... They were doing construction, which was fine, but they were drilling at 9:00 am . They were really nice and gave us extra blankets , and helpful , but I was up all night. Then the construction at 9 am right next to our room?

Hotel is in disrepair but under construction. The first room bathroom floors had hair and dirt. The hotel interior and exterior had construction debris tracked through out . Very poor condition I would not stay here if you value cleanliness.

Every employee we interacted with was excellent, but that’s where the positives end. The room was run down, fairly clean minus the fish hook my husband almost stepped on. The hot and cold water would change on its own. The rest of the hotel is absolutely terrible. Nothing on here told us the hotel was under a poorly managed renovation.

We were in town for a family reunion at Sand Run Metro Park. We stayed at the Holiday Inn. We were warmly greeted by the desk clerk. Our room was clean with a nice large shower. The bed was very comfortable and overall we had a very nice stay with no compliants.

The shower is in poor condition including some mold. The room windows need replacement as it was difficult to see out of them. The building as a whole is showing it's age. The staff was good, friendly and helpful. We don't travel very much but we would probalby not stay at this HI again.

The staff was friendly. No problem, there. And compared to a newer hotel I stayed in a week earlier, this older property was blessedly quiet. I couldn't hear a thing once I was in my room. That was nice. But this property had definitely seen better days. The hallways, particularly on the second floor, were shabby -- peeling and in need of apparent repair. The carpet in the elevators was stained and worn. There was also trash in the shrubs that surrounded the parking lot. In my room's bathroom, the shower drain was super slow and the shower knob felt like it would fall off in my hand. Overall, the place just had the vibe of been worn out and in need of a good facelift. The impression was not good at all. I expected more from a Holiday Inn

I booked a one night stay here for a concert. I realized after the cancellation period that this hotel has many negative reviews, If I had seen it before I would have cancelled this property. The hotel conditions are old, moldy, dirty. Restaurant and bar closed. Nothing on the property works. No ice. It smells of mold and many signs of damage from mold. Very outdated...not thoroughly clean. The beds surprisingly were not terrible. This property needs revamped and remodeled BADLY. I was happy to checkout and glad to not be staying another night. It wasn't noisy. Bed was ok. Room was rather dirty on phone, curtains, and furniture. Bed and shower seemed cleaned just super outdated. This place would be ok in a pinch. Free breakfast was DISGUSTING....all packaged processed crap. They didn't even make coffee or tea...they had cheap plastic k cups for a Keurig (which the room had as well). Whomever manages this place needs to evaluate this property, as it stands it won't last another year in this condition! Many other places around I'd choose over this property.

The hotel seemed nice in appearance, but was lacking. The front desk lady signed me up for the One Rewards program without even asking. I already had an account! The room was decent but the air wouldn't cool like I would prefer. The "breakfast" was served in a side room and consisted of bread, frozen waffles, jelly, amd juice. No protein at all, not even peanut butter. It was scary sad.

Stayed for my daughter's college graduation. Hotel has no breakfast. Rooms were old and shower was moldy. I found dried up pieces of food all round the room like no one has ever vaccuumed. I was not happy, and left a day early.

Hotel was dirty. Parking lot was horrible. Room showed water damage and furniture was damaged. The restaurant and bar was closed and not posted on website, until I questioned why I wasn't open. The front desk said it closed six months ago and finally someone at the hotel contacted Expedia and it showed online they closed it the night of my first stay, March 28, 2025. I would not have reserved that room had everything been posted correctly on hotels.com. Didn't get offered a discount for the one night stay with everything that was wrong with the advertisement on the hotel.

This location is very convenient to the freeway, shopping and dining. However, the pictures are deceiving of this property. I was disappointed that the amenities were also not as listed. The overall naked eye the property was "clean" but went you look closely it was not so. The elevators were visibly dirty with disturbing looking hand and fingerprints on the doors. Also, the walls were covered with some type of what seemed like a sound burrier cover and the flooring and baseboards were visibly dirty and worn. The rooms and beds were ok, but the bathrooms can stand some touching up. The shower floors look very disgusting and I would not want to put my bare feet on it. The perimeters looked water damaged and rusty. A deep cleaning and fresh caulking would do wonders and settle as a quick cheap facelift. I was supposed to stay 2 nights for a nice little quick "staycation" with my wife for the weekend, but we cut it short. The gym was not worth using, which is something we looked forward to doing together. Also, we thought it was bar available, and it was not. Hopefully this property is in line for an update. If so I'd gladly like to come back to enjoy the property.

The holiday rates were remarkable, so I am loathe to complain about much, but the shower had a lot of mildew, among other uncleanliness around the room. We didn’t know until we’d checked in that “breakfast” would be bagels and some microwave breakfast sandwiches. There were tea bags and cocoa packets but no hot water. The coffee one morning was almost certainly there from the day before. Having said that, the staff was friendly and accommodating, and for what we paid, the stay was “fine.”

Unfriendly, unprofessional, and unwelcoming staff. We were not acknowledged or greeted upon check-in or check-out even tho the staff was well aware of our presence. They were not very accommodating. Room floors were disgusting and not vacuumed. Old crumbs of food and debris were strewn across the room floor upon initial entry. Bathroom countertops and bathtub appeared to be clean. Beds were made and supplies stocked. Temps were super cold in room and room was not prepped or warmed up. No hot breakfast since staff was “off” because of holidays. No awareness made prior to regarding breakfast or that breakfast would not be available and there were no clear instructions on where complimentary products were. We would NOT recommend staying here to anyone and will not return when back in town. Completely disappointed and unhappy about the overall stay. We wrapped up the day and went to go stay somewhere else in the area that was cleaner, accommodating, friendly, and professional.

First room given the tub drain wasn't draining well. The room also had a musty smell. We did change rooms aftrr two nights. Second room mych better. Nowhere told online or at site that no complimentary breakfast due to Thanksgiving so Wed thru Sat lucky if there was hot coffee

I reserved and paid for my room with breakfast. When we checked in on Saturday night, I asked the clerk for the breakfast hours. She said 7-10 on Sundays The next morning, my wife went downstairs at 7:30 for coffee and there was no bread for toast, no cooked eggs, no cereal and milk. Just brick-hard bagels and some snacks in wrappers. I saw this and went for my A.M. walk. I came to join her at 9:30 and there was nothing set out. She said the man removed what was there. When I checked out at 11:00 the man dressed in his janitor overalls and stocking cap could not print my receipt but promised someone would email it soon. No sign of it a day later. It's pathetic to refer to this hotel as a "Holiday Inn" It does not deserve any stars on this rating. Beyond poor. I recommend people pay for their room and board at the Hampton Inn behind this poor excuse for a *** hotel.
