It was a roach that crawled out of the headboard that they put on the wall and when my girlfriend looked over she screamed because it crawled on the dresser and she never seen one before in her life 😂😂 she’s white excuse her😂 and I came out the room with my girlfriend and some old Indian guy kept on putting up his phone when my girl was passing him and I’m like what you doing and he acting like he don’t know English so I’m like chill out and he go back to putting up the phone and my girl smacked it out his hand man it was tweaky here then this racist lady comes up arguing with us…almost folded her up and put her in drier she was annoying asf😒

Good place for the price paid just a couple little things.

The room was a nice size with a kitchenette and good sized frig with a place for my laptop and works space. A/C was functioning well and it was a hot couple of days. Good sized bed with sufficient pillows.

The floors were a hard surface which is not bad but after walking around the room in socks, I discovered that the floor was dirty. The full size refrigerator was nice but the handle needed to be swapped to the other side to make it easier to to put thing in and take out. There was only one towel rack in the bathroom which made it hard to hang your face towel and wash cloth on anything to let it dry.

The hotel location was fine but there was no breakfast of any kind offered there.

No breakfast housekeeping never entered the room to clean it or change the linen. The floors were dirty the towels were dingy & I couldn't get clean towels until I turned in the dirty ones also there were no complimentary soap,shampoo etc

The whole time I was there went accordingly until the last day then horrible luck came into fact.

The smoke detector went off while cooking and the fire department had to come shut the alarm off and because of this I don't get my security deposit back ..

Location

Out of dishes, overbooked deluxe rooms and gave me a regular room for the same price, unprofessional staff, the fire alarms going off and lack of communication was unsafe, stained carpet in the room, hole in drywall in room, room was not equipped with items listed online (hair dryer, coffee maker, toaster) and breakfast was a joke. Coffee, oatmeal packet, granola bar and muffin. Emailed Extended stay and they never responded.

Smelly, filthy and disgusting!

Facility smelled horrible from the moment you walked in. The floors were filthy and the room wasn’t much better. Why have a kitchenette if there is no plates, utensils etc in the room? I’m sorry, they were available for an extra charge which is just ridiculous. Pillows and bedding were horrible.

Reservation was made for one room with two double beds, upon check-in the clerk compted another room for better sleeping arrangements.

The room itself was fairly clean but the carpet not good at all. Very stained wouldn't want to walk on it without shoes on my feet needs a really good cleaning or replacement.

room was very large and had what we needed .

things were broken in our room walls were scraped up alot and a hole in wall or very wobbly furniture also was not very clean and my kids found medicine laying around the beds on floor very dangerous

Very poor

I liked that it was in a very convenient location right by the mall and shopping areas and alot of restaurants that's not in every state. The stuff was really nice and friendly 😊

There was alot of ppl who actually live there for a very long time so it was treated like they're apt. The microwave didn't work the dishwasher was really nasty unusable and also the pull out bed was full of blood so my son couldn't sleep in it which was the whole reason I needed that there wasn't no breakfast as stated in the description not even a grab breakfast

the size of the rooms were great and the staff very friendly

was very noisey unable to keepasleep due to the noise ,rooms were not very clean and fold outs were broken or missing mattress kitchen fridge and freezer were dirty and cabniets and drawer were also dirty along with trash cans and stove breakfast was not included after the price stated it was included in our price

Seems as is people live there. Children were right across the hall, playing in the hallway, running in up and down the hall. The room smelled like old cigarette smoke and the rooms wasn't cleaned in a while. There was also a dog that kept barking.

Absolutely NOTHING was good about my stay. The room was FILTHY and when I complained, rather than offering to clean the room of MOLD in the bathtub. They said I could check out...Room was a smoking room even tho I requested a non-smoking room...IT STUNK BADLY...The hotel should be shut down...

The rooms were dirty. The kitchen cabinets and stove full with grease and cooking spills. No housekeeping, no trash collection. Hardly any kitchen utensils available upon request. No to-go breakfast (bars or even coffee). Bed bugs. The room rate (over 120 per night) was too high for such low standard.
