The upstairs occupant was so freaking loud at 3:30 in the morning stomping dragging furniture and someone was yelling so finally me and husband left at 6:30 am n reported it to staff

Lovely and responsive staff, good location: safe, adequate stay for the night

I love the location. We were less than 10 miles from the Blossom music center. I love the price, we chose to stay here because it was almost $65 cheaper than another place we had booked in Cahoga Falls. I love the comfortable beds, we both slept like a log. The hotel was quiet, and our room was dark. I love the staff. Especially a young man with curly dark hair who was so personable and kind. The woman in charge of the breakfast buffet was also very kind and hard-working. I like that there was a refrigerator and a microwave in the room.

We stayed on the super eight side of the hotel. The room definitely needed some repair. The stopper was broken in the bathroom faucet (so I manually took the stopper off so that the sink would drain), the tub was all marked up (it was hard to tell if it was dirt or chips), and the bathroom door was falling off of it Hinges and was difficult to close and open. There were some dirt on the floor in the bathroom and a Fruitloop right under the bed. When I picked up the telephone to call the front desk, the phone did not work. I received a text asking if everything was OK and to respond, but when I did respond, nobody responded back! My message was about the lack of coffee maker… There was no coffee maker in the room, and when they brought one, the pot was too little for the maker! And when they brought the coffee maker, they left no coffee. I had to go and get that. The breakfast buffet was just adequate. They did have waffles, however, no other hot food. You had a choice of cereal with cows milk, which I don’t drink, yogurt, and bagels, instant oatmeal and waffles. There was bananas. I would call this a continental breakfast. My friend got lost all the time so maybe a few more signs in the halls ways coming from the second floor would be good.

Thanks to the friendly staff

The room was comfortable and mostly clean. There was a bit of mildew in the bathtub. Some of the hotel guest were a bit sketchy. The continental breakfast was good...The fresh bananas were the best!

It's convenient for a last-minute spot for short term stay. You get what you pay for.

The location was close to a few different restaurants, which can be convenient for people who are looking for a quick bite to eat. There's a mixture of fast food and sit down restaurants.

I was dissatisfied with the cleanliness of the room. It was really dusty, and there were stains on the wall. The soap looked like it was already used, but repackaged. The bed had some black flakes of something, and I wasn't sure what it was. I wasn't really comfortable sleeping in it, and I didn't end up sleeping very well because of it.

Close to restaurants

The room was dirty, I would not give my dog a bath in the filthy tub. The mayor in the bathroom had toothpaste spit on it from the previous guest floor was filthy. The bed was as hard as sleeping on a floor

Excellent service, very clean overall, and lots of updates made this a great bargain!

Staff was extremely friendly and extremely helpful in every way possible and was pleasantly surprised by several updates/upgrades that had been done since my last visit.

I was on a personal trip and frankly, as long as the place is clean overall (which it definitely was), I'm good. But I travel for business 2-3 times a month and I think the overall presentation of this property (IMHO) would fall just short of me booking business travel here or recommending to business associates. That said, I also don't feel it would take much at all to get it there. There was clearly a sizeable investment in updating various things and "sprucing up" the older rooms, but with just a little additional effort and attention to detail, the updates would make this a much more desirable place to stay. First on cleanliness, overall it was great, common areas were spotless and I was confident that the room itself was plenty clean in the standard sense of the work. But things like accumulating dust in hard to reach places, faded but noticeable stains on furniture, and dirt around the windowsill or some splintering at the bottom of the older bathroom door sort of give it a "dingy vibe". I know it's an older property (I grew up in the area) but the little stuff adds up. I think that the few negative pieces of feedback I have all come down to this same concept. I was super impressed with all of the updates that have been done and it was obvious they were ongoing, so I'm sure Mgmt will get there, just my two cents. Room presented well, cool floorplans/layout, Hot Tub is a bonus, window that opens is a huge bonus, but some of the furniture had major blemishes and stains, which hurts first impressions, hot tub and bathroom overall seemed very clean, but the top of the mirror had very thick dust, the tub stopper itself (just a fill in rubber stopper) wasn't particularly clean and as previously mentioned, the bathroom door had some splintering, and there were a few generally out of sight areas with peeling paint (under the windowsill for example). Overall stay was great and staff was EXCELLENT! Thank you.

I would give it a 10 but it was 2 facilities that are connected. They are remodeling one side so there is that. However, it was confusing to navigate the inside with very little direction.

The toilet didn’t flush, the bathroom door didn’t shut properly and I got stuck inside trying to get out. I was told the room would be ready by 3pm but at 4:30pm I was watching the woman clean the room

Don’t recommend staying at this hotel.

The property and the room was clean. The location was convenient to restaurants and shopping.

The hotel had a lot of patrons in pajamas in the lobby area. The pillows were flat and small and only 2 small pillows per queen bed. The sheets and blankets were very thin. The lighting in the room was very dim. The toilet seat was not secure and moved side to side. I would not stay at this hotel ever again.

I always stay here when I go to Cleveland Clinic because I’ve always felt safe and taken care of

someone near my room was smoking in their room. I have breathing difficulties and although we tried to get help, it went on the entire night
