room was too dirty and asked them to clean Toile as too any hair ans no one clean after check out other people

The room was comfortable and mostly clean. There was a bit of mildew in the bathtub. Some of the hotel guest were a bit sketchy. The continental breakfast was good...The fresh bananas were the best!

The location was close to a few different restaurants, which can be convenient for people who are looking for a quick bite to eat. There's a mixture of fast food and sit down restaurants.

I was dissatisfied with the cleanliness of the room. It was really dusty, and there were stains on the wall. The soap looked like it was already used, but repackaged. The bed had some black flakes of something, and I wasn't sure what it was. I wasn't really comfortable sleeping in it, and I didn't end up sleeping very well because of it.

Location was good

Non-smoking room smelled like smoke and no other rooms available, only 3 small pillows and no other pillows available, bathroom in need of renovation, entire building had many strange smells.

Close to restaurants

The room was dirty, I would not give my dog a bath in the filthy tub. The mayor in the bathroom had toothpaste spit on it from the previous guest floor was filthy. The bed was as hard as sleeping on a floor

Near expressway and restaurants

Whole hotel had a very strong odor of cannabis in fact my vehicle smelled like it after putting my luggage that had been in the hotel back in it

The hotel was very clean. The staff was prompt when a concern was expressed. The room was very clean as well

The bed was noisy. Fire alarm went off in the middle of the night. Smelled like weed.

The location is very convenient for me….

Poor lighting, not enough electrical outlets, shower heads needs upgrading, better pillows and mattress, no in room coffee maker.

Staff was extremely friendly and extremely helpful in every way possible and was pleasantly surprised by several updates/upgrades that had been done since my last visit.

I was on a personal trip and frankly, as long as the place is clean overall (which it definitely was), I'm good. But I travel for business 2-3 times a month and I think the overall presentation of this property (IMHO) would fall just short of me booking business travel here or recommending to business associates. That said, I also don't feel it would take much at all to get it there. There was clearly a sizeable investment in updating various things and "sprucing up" the older rooms, but with just a little additional effort and attention to detail, the updates would make this a much more desirable place to stay. First on cleanliness, overall it was great, common areas were spotless and I was confident that the room itself was plenty clean in the standard sense of the work. But things like accumulating dust in hard to reach places, faded but noticeable stains on furniture, and dirt around the windowsill or some splintering at the bottom of the older bathroom door sort of give it a "dingy vibe". I know it's an older property (I grew up in the area) but the little stuff adds up. I think that the few negative pieces of feedback I have all come down to this same concept. I was super impressed with all of the updates that have been done and it was obvious they were ongoing, so I'm sure Mgmt will get there, just my two cents. Room presented well, cool floorplans/layout, Hot Tub is a bonus, window that opens is a huge bonus, but some of the furniture had major blemishes and stains, which hurts first impressions, hot tub and bathroom overall seemed very clean, but the top of the mirror had very thick dust, the tub stopper itself (just a fill in rubber stopper) wasn't particularly clean and as previously mentioned, the bathroom door had some splintering, and there were a few generally out of sight areas with peeling paint (under the windowsill for example). Overall stay was great and staff was EXCELLENT! Thank you.

Overall everything was better than expected.

I would give it a 10 but it was 2 facilities that are connected. They are remodeling one side so there is that. However, it was confusing to navigate the inside with very little direction.

The location was excellent. It was close to places to eat, places to shop, as well as the freeway.

No elevator to the second floor, parking was very limited, and the continental breakfast left a lot to be desired.

The woman at the front desk was kind

The toilet didn’t flush, the bathroom door didn’t shut properly and I got stuck inside trying to get out. I was told the room would be ready by 3pm but at 4:30pm I was watching the woman clean the room

The property and the room was clean. The location was convenient to restaurants and shopping.

The hotel had a lot of patrons in pajamas in the lobby area. The pillows were flat and small and only 2 small pillows per queen bed. The sheets and blankets were very thin. The lighting in the room was very dim. The toilet seat was not secure and moved side to side. I would not stay at this hotel ever again.

Clean

We booked a room with a jacuzzi and upon arrival were given a lesser quality room with no refund. There was also a loud beeping noise in the middle of the night that woke us up.

Great location, close to restaurants and shopping. Rooms are equipped with an excellent size refrigerator and microwave oven.
