The elevator was disgustingly gross and does not properly work. Opens up too slow when you come down the second floor to get the first. At first I thought we were stuck in the elevator. In the room the bed was very uncomfortable, doors needed fixed. The coffee machine was not cleaned. The jetted tub looked so old. Looks like they used house paint to try and make it look good once. It was so old looking. It did work though.

Room was very clean and comfortable (and the hotel itself was peaceful); however, there was a distinct aroma of tobacco mixed with marijuana that seemed to be coming through the ventilation system. Breakfast could have had better options (i.e. butter for the waffles and other bread items, eggs, bacon/sausage, etc.).

We were at the property for about 10 minutes. The first room we went in was filthy! We went back to the front desk and asked for a different room. They gave us keys to another room without even asking why. We got to our second room and there were still dirty washcloths hanging in the bath. We checked out immediately after that. Again the front desk didn’t even ask why. It’s like they already knew that the hotel was filthy! We will never book there again!

I am so upset me and my kids were visiting Akron we ended up sleeping in my car because the room they gave us was filthy I’m talking dirty towels in the bathroom hair in the tub toilet clogged and leaking in the back some kinda residue on the covers with finger prints, the then gave us another room that had bed bugs it was crazy I was promised a full refund from the front desk girl since we were there all of 20 minutes but was later denied due to the hotel not answering Expedias phone calls please do not book with these nasty people they don’t care if you have small children with you or not as long as your spending your hard earned money on their disgusting rooms

The room was not clean upon arrival. No body wash was provided. Cleaning didn’t happen Saturday after we left for the day. The whole place smelled of weed. They were showing pornographic content on the tv during breakfast. The toilet leaked from the bottom, which was an issue before with all the caulk they used to try to seal it. Only positive was that he front desk staff was friendly.

The people were nice. Hotel is super outdated. It is a Baymont and a Super 8 connected together; with a marquee that reads “NEWLY UPDATED ROOMS” Not even close. I didn't take pictures because we left at 5:00. There was mold around the grout of the tub. We both woke up around 4:30 am to pounding headaches; presumably from the mold and decided to leave. We went out to smoke before packing and leaving and when we came back in we saw a cockroach. Lesson learned. We will not be back.

The most disgusting hotel I have ever stayed in. The stinking smell in the room was dank, moldy, and acrid. I spent $50 on cleaning supplies. We spent over an hour cleaning the room. There was dust on the head boards, the toilet was dirty, the shower was dirty with little black bugs crawling around, and that smell that would not go away. We covered a hole in the wall with masking tape, and sprayed insect killer throughout the room. We then sprayed the entire bed with bedbug and lice killer. It was a nightmare. We ended up checking out after there was a physical confrontation outside of our hotel room door at 230am. I feel like Hotels.com is fully responsible for our horrific experience. Hotels.com falsely advertised this hotel with a 3.8 rating. The actual rating on another sight was 1.8. Don't trust Hotels.com!

Where do I start? The comforter was covered in cigarette burns and what appeared to be bodily fluids! There were 2 bathmat towels to use as towels. We have to use them twice as there are no more towels, blankets or pillows available in the hotel. We had to make 4 trips to the front desk to ask for these items because they won't answer the phone. They gave us torn sheats to and a paper thin blanket to replace our disgusting bedding. The bathroom was disgusting. There were public hairs all over the shower curtain the tolit and the shampoo and conditioner dispenser that was 2 shampoos by the way. The sink is closed shut won't open to drain and the TV remote didn't work. Worst hotel stay of my entire life

The room was not clean and was run down. The bathtub was dirty, the shampoo and conditioner bottles were dirty. Our first room had an ac leak and they did kindly and promptly give us a new room, but it wasn't the cleanest place. We all had to wear slides in the shower.

Cigarettes smell in room (non smoking room) was bad and was told by front desk lady sorry but nothing we can do, previous guests smoked and didn’t get their deposit back. Was too late to leave since we drove 10 1/2 hours. Sheets were damp because of moisture in room. Shower and lamp shades were in poor condition. Hair dryer will shut off after 30 seconds. Smell of weed in halls were awful! Very very poor experience!

I've frequented this hotel several times when I travel to Ohio and have always enjoyed my stay. The front desk attendant was also kind enough to give me a bagel and coffee after breakfast had ended. Would definitely recommend staying and the prices were very reasonable! Thanks again and see you all nexr year! 💛

The only thing I can say was ok was the cleanliness of the bed. The check in process was slow-an employee sitting at the dining area put up their finger to insinuate waiting. A few minutes later someone came to check us in. They gave us our room key and motioned to where our room was. It was a maze to get to our room. Once we finally found our room, I immediately noticed two filled trash bins that hadn’t been taken out, there was a quarter roll of toilet paper with no spare rolls, the bath tub looked like it had paint spilled everywhere in it, paint splatters on the floor and the toilet was leaking. We were very disappointed.

The room smelled like smoke/body odor/sweat/possibly cat urine. The bathtub has black mold in it. Bathroom didn't appear clean. The fridge was dirty and slimy. The bedspread had blood spots on it. The photo of the room on the site didn't match the room we got. I was going to wash clothes but there was chunks of food in the washer, gross and dirty. Definitely not worth the amount of money we paid to stay.

Room was dirty. Bathroom and tub had long black hairs everywhere. Crumbs on the bedroom floor. I usually give the benefit of the doubt to cleaning crew but this instance just seemed like they didn't care. I was dealing with a plumbing situation at home so I was frustrated and tired I didn't even have the energy to keep switching my kids around to different rooms.

The first room they gave me, one of the beds was not completely made up and the bathtub Had multiple multiple stains in it. There was a dirty washcloth left in the shower and there was mold around the edges of the tub and tile . The front desk was polite and gave me another room. The beds were better this time, but the bathtub was moldy and disgusting. There were stains in the lap shades and the whole hallway was musty and smelled of smoke. I checked out a day early because of the poor conditions of the hotel.

Unfortunately very dirty room! Cleaning crew needs to be checked on or retrained. Hair and pee stains on base of toilet...shower had lots of mildew...coffee pot had coffee still in it from previous guest with mold floating on top! Luckily i don't drink coffee. Room smelled musty and may have been a previous smoking room. I didn't go looking for this stuff, it was just obvious! Looks like cleaning crew just made the beds and called it a day. Front desk people and experience was fine. No complaints. Hope the staff uses this as a wake up call.
