Ok but will never book again
The pool
The entire building, including our room, smelled very strongly of chemicals. We had a jacuzzi tub in our room. We took a nice bath and then when we got out we noticed there was a bunch of stuff that came out of the jets that we were soaking in the entire time. It grossed us out and we didn’t use the tub again even though we wanted to. The tub was the main reason I booked that room. There were also people screaming at each other in the hallway at almost 2:30 in the morning.

Room smelt like a smoking room smelled very strong of cigarettes. The Jacuzzi was smaller than most hotel jacuzzi.

THE WORST HOTEL I'VE EVER BEEN IN !!!!!!
Absolutely nothing, from the time I walked through the door and saw the first employee's wrinkled shirt.
Where do I start. the room was filthy the only reason I stayed Just one night out of three is because we arrived in the middle of the night with a flat tire. You could actually see the springs in the bed through the blanket. The shower was broken. The television showed nothing but snow on just about every station except the ones you couldn't get. The refrigerator was not working. The mirrors were nasty. The glass window that separated the livingroom from the bedroom. had snot on it the had run down the window and dried. This was the type of facility where you would be hesitant about touching anything in it.

Pool has been closed for a month
The bed was comfortable
They kept lying saying the pool was gone open in a couple hours. Two different staff said that several times. A third staff member finally told me after the second day that the pool has been down for a month. They should have to give some kind of refund because that was the whole reason I got that one considering I live down the street

Not too satisfied.
Location
No elevator access to our floor but wasn’t told until all processed. The 2nd floor had an OVER POWERING smell of perfume or fragrance. Our window in our room was wide open when we arrived to the room. The hallway we had to take because there was no elevator to our floor, had a muffin and breakfast debris in it all three days we were there.

Miserable and cut short by being displaced
Meh
I didn't like that when I returned to go to sleep I was locked.out of my room and hotel was fully booked. So I had to drive home 7 hours to get a bed. Our 2nd night of the reservation made over a month prior was.not honored. Also hotel smells like vinegar and 5 spice with fried smell. Shower was broken.
