It wasn’t the worst place I’ve stayed, but the n my one night stay, the elevator was out of service, the closet door didn’t open because there was no bottom track, the comforter had something on it that didn’t appear to have been washed, and there was someone else’s bar of soap in my shower. But the bed was comfortable and the people at the front desk were very friendly.

Upon check-in I requested a room on the ground floor sipI had my dog. The only rooms available were on the second floor and the elevator was not working for that level. Then my room keys didn’t work. The stair well was unkempt and the tread was very worn needed to be replaced (the front edge of the steps were pretty beat up).

Hotel was good for the price. Room was clean and comfortable; shower didn’t drain the best but it was clean. The hallways smelled pretty strongly of weed, but our room didn’t and neither did the lobby. Convenient location, and breakfast was reasonable for the price we paid.

Overall for the price this was a good choice for a last minute nights stay. The back door lock didnt work so they had to put a rock in it to keep from locking. They only allowed you to use the questionable elevator if you are on 3rd or 4th floor no stop at 2nd. I wish i got her name ,The sweet older lady who worked the breakfast room was so nice and helpful. She definitely is a keeper. Room was clean yet very outdated and falling apart. Cable kept glitching eveey 2 min no.matter what channel you are on. Overall price reasonable, room clean, for a last minute stay.

The overnight attendant tries to claim that our rooms were no longer available because we arrived late. We arrived after a 6 drive to attend the funeral of a family member the next morning. When we stated that our reservation was "check-in 3:00pm and check-out was 11:00 am the following morning, he stated "I've completed my closeout for the day, and you would need to purchase a new room". This was an absolute nightmare, not to mention illegal!

My room is filthy. The toilet has hair on it, the seat has red spots that should have been cleaned off. The blankets are dirty- not stained, but have fresh spots that have not been cleaned. The hand towels have been used and are dirty. The room is musty and the parking area is busted up and does not look safe. Overall i do not see one redeeming quality about this hotel. We came into town at 4am with prepaid reservations. We drove 6 hours for a funeral and he initially told us we could not have our rooms. Despite the note i sent when making the reservation and despite the fact that it states clearly on the website that there is no cut off for check in, he refused us our rooms until we insisted that he call a supervisor. Then he tried to give us just one room even though we paid for 2. This is by far the worst hotel experience i have ever had.

They charged us for 2 nights instead of one after canceling the before the cutoff time for the second night. They are also charged other fees that no one is able to explain what they are. 5 total charges when it should have been one. Spoke with multiple people. The last one someone who said give it 7 days for them to be refunded. Yet the deposit was the only thing refunded. If they could do that why not the others? From a 138.99 cost that it should have been we were charged over 500.00. Also the bathtub filled up with water when showering. Part of the wall in the bathroom was peeling due to damage at some point. Toilet had pee stains around the bowl on the bottom. Not vacuumed. We were afraid to touch anything. Drawers had stuffed that looked like it was leaking from them. The inside bathroom door frame had a think peanut butter like substance on the door casing.l not a small amount but a large amount. Absolutely disgusting.

The rooms were okay I did have a dirty wash rag behind my bed frame and a old burnt burger bun my refrigerator didn't work and they offer you one bottle of water her room and I had four rooms with 10 guests. They did get my refrigerator replaced quickly and the night staff was very friendly

Elevator was broken. Furniture in lobby dirty. Place overall cleanliness was poor. TV remote broken. TV channels did not match TV guide making it impossible to find a channel/program. Furniture missing in room making a large empty space in room with nothing in it. Needs a lot lower rating than currently listed at.

When we first arrived, we were assisgned to a room where the door jam and lock was broken, and the beds were very wet. Upon notifying the front desk, the staff member attempted to justify both issues and not move our room. It was not until I pushed the issue ans threatened to call Customer Support that he called a manager and got us moved. In the morning, breakfast was good. The dining staff member was a very sweet woman.

I paid in advance for 2 queen beds they gave me one king bed and me and my mom had to share , the hotel and the room smelled like mildew the back wall was full of mildew , only ice machine was on the 3rd floor then the elevator had a sign that said the elevator only works on floors 3 & 4 so i walked back to floor 1 to get to my room at breakfast the cabinet door in the food area was on the floor and the desk clerk used tape to tape it up , the side door of the hotel was not locked so anyone could come in , no need for room key , trash cans was full on the 1st floor only good thing was the breakfast it was good

Horrible experience with this hotel. The keys didn't work when we checked in and there was a sign at the elevator that said it was only for the 3rd and 4th floors and that you had to use the stairs if you were staying on the 2nd floor. Not convenient if you have a lot of luggage. I also called the hotel before booking to make sure that the pool would be open. I should've known from the other reviews that the pool would be closed. When we asked to be refunded so that we could change hotels to one that had a pool for our kids, the manager refused to refund us. We contacted corporate who immediately refunded us (by giving us points) and stated that they would file a complaint against the hotel for not providing the advertised amenities. We understand that things happen and that the pool may need to be closed for awhile, but the manager was extremely rude and would not provide a refund even though we immediately asked for one upon learning that the pool was closed (within 5 minutes of checking in). She said it would possibly re-open at 8pm but closes at 10pm so our kids would not be able to swim since we already had plans at that time. The only reason we booked this hotel is so our kids could swim. Horrible customer service!

Our stay at this Comfort Inn & Suites was very disappointing. We were given a room on a floor with no elevator access and told there were no alternatives — yet we later saw a sign that other rooms on elevator floors were being used for storage. Our keycards stopped working daily, and we had to get them reprogrammed each time — sometimes after already climbing the stairs. The pool was over-chlorinated with hairballs around the edges, and housekeeping was unreliable. Despite confirming with staff, our room was never fully cleaned — trash wasn’t emptied, towels weren’t replaced, and we had to go to the front desk for basics like toilet paper and tissues. The beds were uncomfortable, and the A/C barely worked. Staff was friendly and did help with luggage at checkout, but overall the experience was frustrating enough that we won’t be staying at any Comfort Inn again.

We picked this place because of the pool. I was assured it was working but when I got there of course it was out of order. Not allowed to use elevator for floor 2 was weird. Elevator was a bit shabby. In room refrigerator didnt work 1/2 the time and when it did it leaked water Shower curtain wasnt wide enough for shower. Shower head leaked when turned on, Water wouldnt drain in tub. They did try to fix it the first night and told us they would check in with us the next day to see if it was fixed. Not only did they not check in with us to see if it was fixed ( it wasnt) but they ignored our room and didnt even refresh the room or give us new towels. Nobody at front desk to talk to most of the time. All in all. Will never go back and will not recommend to anyone.
