Convenient location . Easy check in and out. No steps being handicapped. I didn't use it, but it was nice to have a full kitchen. The recliner was unexpected.

Small bath towels. Low water pressure in the shower but it was enough to wash off the soap.

Great accommodation for a quick one night stay

Very convenient location, lots of restaurants and retail in the area.

The beds are a little firm and some of the furniture is outdated, but for the value of the room I really can’t complain.

Comfortable and good price

The room smelled fresh and was good sized. Laminate floors were clean, no smelly old carpet. Furniture was functional, newer, extra chair and eating/working table with good chair. TV, microwave, fridge and temp controls all worked properly. Coffee was ready at 6:15 am. Breakfast is a granola bar or oatmeal. Location was easy on/off I 77. Comfortable and a good bargain.

The entry could use some sprucing up, sheets are thin. Not the Ritz but you didn't pay for glitz.

Great cheap place to stay.

Very much so enjoyed this hotel. I travel the are frequently to spend time with my son who is at college. Since I’m going up so much I can’t afford expensive hotels. The one I normally book was all filled so I tried this one and was very happy.

The smoking in front of the main entrance, room was not clean very well, towels were dingy and had long hairs on them as well as the dresser. The hallway smelled like marijuana

The check out staff member was kind.

When I arrived in my room I noticed a fish smell, the carpet was slightly damp, the kitchen floor was sticky, the dresser drawers on the right hand side were broken. Later in the day the fish smell was replaced with the smell of Marijuana. I had taken two days to find a secure additional lodging at a different hotel. These conditions persisted until I checked out early. The records at the Extended Stay will show I checked out Friday around 6 PM.

Good location, close to town but also out of the way enough to be convenient. Check in was quick, it was quiet on the 2nd floor.

The only minor problem was the toilet. Once you flushed it, it would run for about an hour before it would stop making noise.

The location is great. Very quiet. Hallways were clean. Great laundry facilities. Bed was comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful. Plenty of parking.

They had a shortage of kitchen supplies. So we made due with what they had. The kitchens are empty and you have to ask for everything.

We went hiking all day and came back to our door being open when we know we left it was locked. A bit of an uneasy feeling staying here. Smelled like marijuana the whole time. The lady at the reception was pleasant and helpful but that's about it.

The hotel was very run down, and smelt very bad. My room smelt awful and because of this I asked if they had air freshener to mask the smell. I couldn't sleep because it smelt and it fellt very dirty.

Not what I expected.

Where it was located.

When I arrived I waited about 10 - 15 minutes before anyone came to the front desk and there wasn't a bell to ring. At 12 midnight the fire alarm in the hallway went off for about 10 minutes probably from all the weed that was being smoked. it smelled bad in hallways. Tried calling front desk but never answered. People were arguing and a child screaming in the hall at 2 am. There were no light bulbs in the overhead light in the kitchen. Not the best experience as it was just my son and I and we were a little scared that first night. Definitely disappointed.

Location

The guy who worked at the front desk during the day was very rude and very racist. I drove all the way across the country to go visit my mother who was suffering from cancer to visit her for Mother’s Day when I got there it was like in the middle of the night and the guy who worked the night shift was really great. He overrode the system and only charged us an early check-in fee plus a fee for the next day, the guy on the morning shift basically kicked us out and told us that the guy on the night shift shouldn’t have done that and try to rob us up more money so we took our business to a neighboring hotel. I would not recommend anyone stay at this hotel, especially if you are a person of color.

Our room REEKED of stale smoke. It infiltrated our clothes and made for a very uncomfortable experience. If you’re going to offer smoke free, try washing down the room, curtains, and shampooing the carpet. The staff were “helpful”…they gave us a couple cans of near empty air freshener.
